Originally we went to look at a used car listed on the lot, but the vehicle had been sold over the weekend, so our plan was to move to the next listing in our list. After speaking with Mr. McDowell, we were pleasantly surprised to find out we could purchase a new Caliber with dealer discounts and a rebate program for just a little more that what we were expecting to pay for a used 2010 Caliber. The used prices we were considering for a 2010/2009 Caliber was generally high, but some seemed close to our price range, but had a minimal warranty or none at all. We would need to purchase that extra, so we decided to buy new 2012 Caliber with 3/36 and 5/100,000. Mr. McDowell was very easy to work with and was not a overbearing. He quoted some great numbers and came through with them. Fred was not like some salesman that tells you one thing and comes back with something else, he was pleasure to work with.
