I also had an opportunity to have an appointment with the Service Department at this location and was thoroughly impressed with not only the staff in the Service Department, but the quickness/swiftness of service that was done and the attention to detail. As long as I have a vehicle that qualifies for service at this dealership, I will always bring them for service here! So much that I recommended and had my husband change his vehicle's service location and he has since made a service appointment here. The quality of service and the length of time of the service being done is leaps and bounds better than the other Bob Johnson (Chevy) location. More

On one occasion my tires were rotated and the lug nuts had not been tightened resulting in one falling off next to my car. The service manager offered a discount on a future visit. This last visit for oil change and tire rotation, I had new wiper blades installed however the plastic sheath on the driver side had not been removed so when I turned them on to try them out while driving down the road, the solvent just smudged across the window obscuring my view. Did not call to complain, just hoping there are no future issues. More
