Working with Anthony was a pleasure! He did whatever he could to make us comfortable and welcome! My only wish is they would have buffed out the scratches before I picked up the car. I’m an out of state buyer. My sales person was Jesse. Every time he said he would call me back he didn’t. Took 2 days to run my credit. He said only one guy could run my credit and said he took off early Every time he said he would call me back he didn’t. Took 2 days to run my credit. He said only one guy could run my credit and said he took off early and didn’t work the next day. Not sure how they sell cars on days he has off or isn’t there? Then after he ran my credit and it was good to go and I was about to put a deposit down they refused to sell me the vehicle because I was out of state. I understand there is a shortage in vehicles right now but that was now way to treat someone regardless if I am out of state. My money is green just like anyone else’s. Don’t waste your time like I did. More

Sitting there waiting I ended up being set aside after they found out my pay off and what I was looking for. We discussed how dealers where giving more for trades, not for me they acted like the exact book price for my vehicle was enough. I know for a fact they would have sold my car for 20k but was only going to give me 14k for my trade in. I am not asking for 20k but they would not even work with me on numbers. After sitting for over a hour I was informed that they put the offer out to banks and so far all was denials. I was told that they had one more bank to hear back from and they would contact me. I was asked if I could get a co-signer I told them probably not but I still tried for them. I was told that they would give me a call or text when they hear back from that one bank and here I am 2 weeks later I have heard nothing from them. I was even able to get a family member convinced to co-sign for me but the next day the car I was interested in was gone. I can understand if they has the car for like a week but instead the next day. I would not recommend this place because customer service is not in their vocabulary. Had me running around and getting things done on my end but seems to have given up on me immediately when I walked out the door. Integrity seems to not be present at this dealership. More

It was difficult from the start. Had conflicting schedules and salesman had off the only day I could sign for 7 days, finally had to ask a manager to complete the deal without salesman. Bought unde schedules and salesman had off the only day I could sign for 7 days, finally had to ask a manager to complete the deal without salesman. Bought undercoating horrible spray, sent pictures went back for respray and same thing never sprayed all of brake lines, body panels. They would rather give me back my money instead of dona complete job. Horrible service. More
Marc Marullo is DISHONEST! He offered me 4000 for my trade in when another dealership offered me 8500. When I said I’m sorry 4000 isn’t reasonable for me, his excuse was bc he would be paying for the re trade in when another dealership offered me 8500. When I said I’m sorry 4000 isn’t reasonable for me, his excuse was bc he would be paying for the remainder of my loan too (which was estimated to be 5000). He said “were paying 9000 not 4000” bc of this. THIS WAS A LIE. The manager admitted they would never do that, and when the manager came over he said “I never said that.” So essentially he was trying to rob me to get me to sign papers, by trying to con me into thinking he was giving me 9000 and hoping if just believe his words. Totally dishonest man.. This place disgusts me. More

UnProfessional Conduct from Sales Associate Dear GM Dealer / GM Regional Manager Been a loyal customer for GM for almost 15 years, I have bough 3 Full-Size trucks have spent over $130K over t Dear GM Dealer / GM Regional Manager Been a loyal customer for GM for almost 15 years, I have bough 3 Full-Size trucks have spent over $130K over the time span. Went back to GMC, and same dealer where I bought one of them. Just got done with the test drive. Do to a miss under standing regarding the forward-collision system on how it operates and how its tested at this point I ask he he was training on the knowledge of that system as it was newly introduced in the 2020 at this point has been out on the market for several months; Grant storms off from his desk and said he want me gone and doesn't want to work with me yelling it out load as everyone in the show room to hear. I give full credit for Greg stopping on over to see what going on. I explained the situation to him and told that Grant stormed off as I was tried to get information on that feature; as I want to set clear expectations on feature that will cost me $4500 (3400 = Driver Alert 1 + 1100 Driver Alert 2). Now explain this situation to Greg; I stated that latest two time that I am sorry if what I said was incorrectly conveyed. I stated the proper way to deal with difficult customers or an undesirable situation is to excuse you're self and inform your manager or supervisor and do not say anything. I find that large successful grocery store chain the in the local area provides ample training in the realm of "vital conversations training". At this time Greg is willing to still help me as we haven't even gotten to the point of even find-out what the cost yet. Greg came back and introduced another sales associate Bill. Bill walked me though the final steps to give me a final number on the truck. During that process I did find some undesirables in regards the prices they asking for my current Truck. I asked Bill some questions guarding the trade-in value and he informed me on how accidents will effect the trade in and talk about several scenarios and got a lot of good feedback and understanding on that issue. Bill also helped me out understanding some financing options that I currently have with my current truck, and some alternative options. At this point I'm not sure under what conditions the system will engage, above 50 mph, with or with trailering support? I love the system in my current generation truck, It have saved me several times on the freeway where traffic looks like its moving but has stopped. Thank You Censored GM Owner More

Stay away from this place! Very dishonest and unprofessional This dealer leased me a brand new car with an admitted defect that can't be fixed. 1 of 3 known vehicles with this particular issue to be exact. Whi This dealer leased me a brand new car with an admitted defect that can't be fixed. 1 of 3 known vehicles with this particular issue to be exact. While attempting to fix the cars numerous issues along with the manufactures defect they completely trashed the interior of my vehicle. I have numerous trim pieces that are falling off, rattles all over the place were they ripped interior panels off, dash board warping, scratches and dents on body panels/interior surfaces and even a hole from a screwdriver on my passenger side curtain airbag. So on top of a brand new 2019 terrain with less than 5k miles on it that has a flaw that can't be fixed the dealer made the vehicle look like a car that has 200k miles on it. Talking to the service manager John about these issues. He offered nothing more than coming back again to a long drawn out process with no guarantee to fix the problems or a resolution to this situation and just continued to yell at us over the phone.. The owner of this business is useless also he never once reached out to us and when he did he just gave a very dishonest and far fetched excuse and that was the last we ever heard from him. So as of know I'm stuck with a car less than 5 months old with under 5k miles with an admitted defect, ruined interior and this place won't do anything to help. I won't recommend this dealer to anyone. More
