This was our first experience with Chevy (we've been Honda people) but were interested in the Traverse as an alternative to our minivan. In the end we were able to get a slightly better car then we expected (because it had a better residual value, something Ryan brought to our attention). The receptionist, I believe her name was Kate, spent a good 45 minutes with us showing us how to set radio stations, use the bluetooth, helped us set up our Onstar account, which was very helpful a few weeks ago when I locked the keys in the car and needed to take advantage of the service, if setting up the account had been left up to us, I would STILL be locked out of the car. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a car. More

I have known Kate Kersten, my saleswoman, for a very long time and I know that even if I didn't know her well she would never try to sell me something I didn't want nor needed. Also, I know that Adam at the service desk is a good guy and that the sales staff and the service staff are good honest people that stand behind their work. As a truck guy I'm pretty handy with a wrench, but if I ever have a question or problem I just call up Adam and he's got the answer. So, my advice for anyone looking for a new vehicle is to go to Bob Jass. The other dealers are just too grabby. Bob has the fairest prices, best staff, and oh yeah don't forget its a Chevy. More
