They are relaxed and catered to my husband's very difficult schedule by allowing me to take the vehicle home on an extended test drive. By doing so, we were able to come in right away on his day off to purchase the vehicle on the spot. We were treated with respect, and even when there was a discrepancy in our understanding of the deal we were making, the general manager made sure we left happy. Overall, they cared about our experience and insured we will be returning for all our future purchase needs. More

The website was detailed with crisp and clear pictures of the vehicle both inside and outside. Closeups were provided of the instrument panel, gears, mileage and interior seating. This helped me to make a educated decision about purchasing this vehicle. I picked up the phone called in and the friendly receptionist connected me to Ms. Emily Darrow who actually answered her extension. She was pleasant in her tone and had a professional demeanor. I had several questions about the vehicle and if Emily did not know the answer she was able to provide one in a prompt and timely manner. I then knew I wished to make an offer and I was connected with Mr. Ryan Easter who was straight forward and was not into playing games. We arrived at a number we were both comfortable with and I was connected back to Emily to give my payment and personal information. It was a painless and pleasant process and to add to the purchase I was having the car shipped via auto transport at an additional charge that I set up prior and needed further assistance prepping the vehicle to which Emily was only happy to provide. I was extremely prepared and did my homework which helps ease the process. It also gives you peace of mind knowing that there are dealerships such as Bob Jass Chevrolet that are reputable and actually care. There was never any pressure to get more than we needed. The opportunity to use an educator's slight discount was utilized, and ironically this was the first time we'd been offered it. Finally, the financing rate was a full percentage point lower than that which was offered by our other dealer, on a very similar model and terms. They worked with me over email since coming into the dealership was difficult. They were willing to provide out-the-door pricing and negotiate with me over email too. Many dealerships didn't want to do this, and were difficult to work with when I asked for pricing. The icing on the cake was when the Bob Jass team drove the car to me to test drive and inspect. The car wasn't available at the time I had available to go to the dealership and look at it, so they scheduled a time to bring it to me when it fit my schedule. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, courteous and honest. Top notch service and a great buying experience. I would be glad to business with them again. More
