There was never any pressure to get more than we needed. The opportunity to use an educator's slight discount was utilized, and ironically this was the first time we'd been offered it. Finally, the financing rate was a full percentage point lower than that which was offered by our other dealer, on a very similar model and terms. They worked with me over email since coming into the dealership was difficult. They were willing to provide out-the-door pricing and negotiate with me over email too. Many dealerships didn't want to do this, and were difficult to work with when I asked for pricing. The icing on the cake was when the Bob Jass team drove the car to me to test drive and inspect. The car wasn't available at the time I had available to go to the dealership and look at it, so they scheduled a time to bring it to me when it fit my schedule. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, courteous and honest. Top notch service and a great buying experience. I would be glad to business with them again. More

We decided to have the car built to our specifications and with Steve's help and advice we got our "perfect car" in 8 weeks. No hassles, no pressure and we knew up front everything we needed to know.
