He is an extremely professional man, while being very friendly, at the same time. I had several requests and he provided those requests. I called back to the Dearlership to asked Mr. Smith some questions and he always provided those answers. He has called me several times asking how I liked the car and if I had any questions on its operation and controls. Also, Mr. Ferguson came over and introduced himself, while Mr. Smith was completing some paperwork. Again, very professional and friendly. We had some worthwhile business and social discussions. The price online not only included discounts that customers may not qualify for but they had added tint and corrosion add ons which drove up the price of the car. I was prepared to walk in the door pull up the add on the website and say ""give me that one for that price you advertised"" we ending up feeling cheated and tricked leaving the dealer when we ended up having to pay more than advertised. Although I did buy the car, I would not recommend this dealer to a friend for this reason." More
