My appointment was for 11:45. They said I was to be there at 10:30. I showed them my confirmation email & text showing they confirmed at 11:45. They said they would work me in. This was very disappointing!

What an outstanding job👏 from the greetings in service department, which was fast, professional and no waiting. They don't have a full crew onthe weekend. But my wait time for service was short, involving the 4 points inspection and checking fluid and my computer in my car! Great job 👏 I recommend this dealership.

Jakob was and always been attentive and informative about my Palisade. He plans all repairs and breaks it down to me every step, and only what’s necessary. Jakob is very good at his job as a service advisor!
