Sales and finance were great. Had a repair later that needed to be warranted. Service writer was not helpful and did not check with finance about the extended warranty I bought in Had a repair later that needed to be warranted. Service writer was not helpful and did not check with finance about the extended warranty I bought in finance. Was told I would have to pay for the repair out of pocket. Writer was not friendly at all during my interaction with her. Ended up speaking with finance supervisor who referred me to the GM. GM made it right and couldn't have been nicer. More
