We previously filled out information hoping to speed up the process but were still there several hours. The staff was friendly and personable, we had no complaints where that was concerned. However we had to come back once and they had to come to us once because of mistakes/confusion in regards to the financing of our vehicle. This was very frustrating. More

Not the experience I hoped for This is my first purchase of a brand new vehicle. I thought the overall experience would have been great. However, Im not satisfied at all. My car was This is my first purchase of a brand new vehicle. I thought the overall experience would have been great. However, Im not satisfied at all. My car was NEVER detailed. That includes when I first bought it and after it was repaired. I had an appointment scheduled to bring my car in to be repaired. That was a hassle. The salesman, who I bought the car from and set the appointment up with, wasn't there and no one seemed to know I was bringing my car in. I waited an hour, if not more, to get things taken care of and drive away with a loaner car. The service department however, was very nice and helpful. The salesman upfront has made this experience less than satisfying. I would think Hyundai would have higher standards than this after a sale. More
