Don't let them fool you I am not one to normally write reviews, but I still cannot believe the way I was treated yesterday at this dealership. I had been talking to Brandy al I am not one to normally write reviews, but I still cannot believe the way I was treated yesterday at this dealership. I had been talking to Brandy all week about coming to look at a specific car. I called early in the morning, spoke with Courtney and told her I was coming today for the Mazda CX-5. She said it was still available. Brandy called me around noon and I told her I was leaving Wichita in ten minutes and I would be in OKC around 3pm to see the vehicle. She told me she would have it pulled around to the front so I could see it. I texted her when I was 30 minutes out and told her I was almost there-- be there in 30 minutes. Not only was the car not pulled around to the front, BUT IT HAD SOLD! No one had the decency or common courtesy to tell me or save me the trip. They knew I was coming from out of town, knew that I was having trouble getting there because I am caring for my parents who were recently hit by a drunk driver in a motor vehicle accident and they are now handicapped. It was like they didn't care. They wanted me to come anyways because I appeared dedicated, to see if they could still make money off me on a car that I was not interested in. As I am currently writing this review almost 24 hours later, they still have the vehicle online saying it is available for sale. I don't understand and I feel completely lied to and disrespected. More

Good Service If you purchase a car here, definitely ask to work with Kazem. He is one of the most polite sales people that I have ever worked with. There are definitely some sharks at this dealership that will try to push you into a car just to make a sale - but Kazem is not one of them. Kazem took the time to understand what we wanted and let us test drive several vehicles until we were happy. Be careful with the finance department - they will push hard on you. They also made multiple mistakes on our Title form, requiring repeat trips back to the dealer to get it fixed. It would be best to walk in with a pre-approval from your Bank or Hyundai directly, to avoid the 10+ inquiries on your credit. More
