Our sales person, Ross Barton, greeted us immediately after walking through the door. Bob Howard had a vehicle identical to what we were looking for being delivered to the dealership within a few days. All of our paperwork for the vehicle was completed within a couple of hours. The vehicle was was delivered and ready to pick up in 3 days. We drove to Bob Howard and the car was ready for us. We are very happy customers!!! More

Sonata There was no high pressure sales, the dealer had quite a few options to choose from on the lot, the salesman appeared to be familiar with the cars he There was no high pressure sales, the dealer had quite a few options to choose from on the lot, the salesman appeared to be familiar with the cars he was selling, and the whole atmosphere of the dealership was pretty inviting. NOTE: The $1,593 I was charged for dealer added window tint, wheel locks, and special wax was highly unnecessary. There's minimal risk of 16" factory Hyundai wheels being stolen, if the factory paint finish is not sufficient to protect the vehicle then I should have purchased a different brand, and the high dollar window tint was never installed. My windows are not tinted! This isn't buyers remorse because I knew the wheel locks and special wax were worthless when I first asked about the $1,593. However, I did expect to have tint on my windows since that is the only benefit I can see from this unsolicited, costly dealer add-on. More
