They are filled with great people who are straightforward with you when it comes to the services department. I have always had a great experience at this service center. But this time, it was really bad. The service manager did not know what she was doing, failed to communicate key issues related to my car and center. But this time, it was really bad. The service manager did not know what she was doing, failed to communicate key issues related to my car and argued that ‘everything was fine’. When asked for a detailed copy of service report, she failed to provide an explanation to certain key issues identified in the car. When asked about ‘battery test’ she said it is ‘perfect’, when asked to show the results, she showed ‘empty checkboxes’. Asked on how to interpret the results as nothing was ‘checked’, the service manager said “they are all perfect and hence no check box needed”. When insisted to confirm, she went to service engineer and told that the battery was “never tested” as the “instrument is broken”. The lack of respect for customers, inability to explain clearly the service issues, and incorrect documentation in the computer lead me to question this center`s commitment to customer satisfaction and most importantly – car safety ! Their website mentions they do the 14-point check for all vehicles, but half of their equipment is either broken or incorrectly documented as ‘completed and passed’, when actually they have never tested it.
