Sales and finance were great. Had a repair later that needed to be warranted. Service writer was not helpful and did not check with finance about the extended warranty I bought in Had a repair later that needed to be warranted. Writer was not friendly at all during my interaction with her. Ended up speaking with finance supervisor who referred me to the GM. GM made it right and couldn't have been nicer. More

Jakob, my service representative, was very efficient, helpful, and professional, and the work was performed within my specified time window. The only thing that turned me off about this dealership was si helpful, and professional, and the work was performed within my specified time window. The only thing that turned me off about this dealership was sitting in the waiting area about 7:45 am, drinking my coffee, and hearing the F-bomb being dropped on some song that was playing in the overhead speakers. Really, Bobby Howard Hyundai? Do better. More
