The service manager was great to work with. The support staff were very nice. The service department really worked with me to get me in, when live 90miles away. The support staff were very nice. The service department really worked with me to get me in, when live 90miles away. More

Ok so I was approved online for a vehicle but when I went in they told me I was not my credit score was to low. So if you fill out the application for Bob howard online and get approved keep your figures cro in they told me I was not my credit score was to low. So if you fill out the application for Bob howard online and get approved keep your figures crossed because when you get to dealership might be something different. Also my New car broke down within the first week with a break issue I wanted a exchange was told no and also told that Oklahoma does NOT have a lemon law. I should of walked out after they told me my online application was a mistake. Or don't go in at all and just buy online. Funny thing is the car they offered came out to be more then the car I wanted when adding extras. If you shop here keep your wits about you because xx is ever. Good luck More

I had my car serviced for an oil change at Bob Howard Hyundai about a month ago, on I-240 and S.W. 74th. The service Representative I dealt with, Eric Hypes, was extremely helpful, fair, honest, thorou Hyundai about a month ago, on I-240 and S.W. 74th. The service Representative I dealt with, Eric Hypes, was extremely helpful, fair, honest, thorough and reasonable. He came out to let me know what was needed to be done before they did any additional extensive work on it. I would take my car back to have it serviced as long as Eric was my Service Representative. You won't find anyone better to assist you. Thanks Vicki. N. More
Do you want to pay additional mark up above MSRP? Do mandatory dealer add-ons sound attractive to you? If yes, then visit Bob Howard Hyundai. I purchased in June of 2022 at Bob Howard Hyundai and Do mandatory dealer add-ons sound attractive to you? If yes, then visit Bob Howard Hyundai. I purchased in June of 2022 at Bob Howard Hyundai and was subject to the questionable sales practices. To be fair, many other dealers also utilize these sales practices in our current market of high demand and low supply. MSRP only deals/dealerships can be found with diligence and patience. The dealer markup/add-ons were manageable with consideration to the vehicle model I was seeking and that I was able to shop and maximize the sales price of my current vehicle. Pros: Open to price negotiations. Sales process/salesperson was easygoing and straightforward. No surprises in the finance office. My questions and concerns were addressed in a clear manner. Overall, my customer interaction experience was good. Areas for improvement: Lifetime Nitrogen: $499. [I was not permitted to decline] All Weather Mats: $200 [The dealer branded/universal “trim to fit” mats that were not molded to fit the vehicle. I spent an additional $150 on Amazon to buy All Weather mats that fit my vehicle.] Wheel Locks: $297 [The Hyundai window sticker/monroney label includes a $65 charge for OEM wheel locks. The dealer also charged $297 for a second set of wheel locks that Hyundai included from the factory. The Hyundai factory charge plus dealer charge totals $362.] I understand overpriced dealer add-ons generate revenue. I expected the dealership to use add-ons that add value to the purchase and increase the overall satisfaction of the customer. For example, rather than overcharge $499 for “Lifetime Nitrogen” and $362 wheel locks I would have happily accepted paint protection film, mud flaps, wheel & tire protection, etc. I seek to support local businesses, but I am not certain I would recommend purchasing a vehicle here. Been watching a new Ioniq there for about 2 weeks and decided to go look at it earlier today. It was listed as $25,900.00 on the website. Met outside by a salesman who told me that car has been sold at decided to go look at it earlier today. It was listed as $25,900.00 on the website. Met outside by a salesman who told me that car has been sold at least a month ago, but even if they had it they would be selling it for around $34,000. There was a used one that looked very similar out front but a higher trim level than the new one. It was a 2020 with 34000 miles on it and after making a call he said it was $31,900. When I implied the whole thing sounded shady and I wouldn't be buying there he just shrugged and walked off like he was used to doing that / hearing that 100 times a day. By the way - its a couple of hours later, the new one is still up on the website for $25,900 and the used one that the salesman quoted me almost $32,000 is on the website now for $29,700. The whole experience seemed very shady as does the way they advertise their pricing. More
Do not buy a used vehicle from Bob Howard, and if you do please take the vehicle to be checked out. I bought a 2016 Tucson Hyundai from this crooked place, payed cash got to drive it less than a year and i please take the vehicle to be checked out. I bought a 2016 Tucson Hyundai from this crooked place, payed cash got to drive it less than a year and it now sits in my driveway with a locked up motor. After a little investigation found out that the 2016 Hyundai have defective motors. They informed me this was a great car, knowing xxxx well the motors in this year vehicle are. no good.. They also informed that the vehicle was fully serviced before i drove it off the lot which was a big fat lie. After taking the vehicle to my mechanic shortly after purchase the plugs in the vehicles had not been changed out for years and the oil was dirty and low. Had to keep adding oil to the vehicle the whole time and that all corresponds with the problems with the faulty motors. SO PLEASE HAVE ANY VEHICLE YOU PURCHASE FROM THIS CHECKED OUT BEFORE PURCHASE, DONT BE ANOTHER VICTIM LIKE I WAS TO THIS CROOKED PLACE. More
Do not buy a Hyundai! ! Especially from Bob Howard Hyundai located at 613 W Interstate 240 Service Rd, Oklahoma City, OK 73139. Purchase a Honda, they are manufactured bett ! Especially from Bob Howard Hyundai located at 613 W Interstate 240 Service Rd, Oklahoma City, OK 73139. Purchase a Honda, they are manufactured better and run forever. First, Hyundai is known for having multiple manufacturer factory recalls. But what isn’t made known is that they don’t cover their manufacturer factory recalls after 150,000 miles. That is the customer’s expense. I purchased a used Hyundai. After a few months of having it, I noticed that oil was leaking. I took it to Bob Howard Hyundai and spoke with Albert Johnson (A.J.). He admitted that it was a manufacturer issue but charged me over $500.00 to repair it and I still had the same issue. I took the vehicle back to him. He had me leave it overnight to do testing and he informed me that Hyundai was required to replace the motor. When I came back to get my vehicle, he informed me that because my card had over 150,000 miles, Hyundai wouldn’t fix their manufacturer factory recall. I made a complaint to the Oklahoma Better Business Bureau. Richard Haag responded to my complaint, on behalf of Bob Howard Hyundai, and stated that they would replace my motor for free. I contacted the dealership to bring my car in for repairs and was informed by A.J. that they didn’t say that they would repair my vehicle for free and that they don’t know who Richard Haag was. Then, he accidentally, emailed me attempting to email Jeremy Cook and advised Jeremy, in the email, that he didn’t provide me with his name, to protect Jeremy or hide any wrongdoing. I contacted Jeremy and he informed me that the Better Business Bureau made a mistake in typing the response and that they didn’t mean to say that they would repair my motor for free and offered me to trade in my (paid for) vehicle and purchase another Hyundai, so I could be in the same predicament after 150,000 miles. I did some research and found out that Richard Haag is an Authorized contact for Bob Howard Hyundai since 2017, and that he is a liaison between Bob Howard Hyundai and the Better Business Bureau. Therefore, an agent that was acting on behalf of the company entered into a contractual agreement to repair my motor for free and breached the contract. Furthermore, the Better Business Bureau informed me that the responses aren’t typed by them, at all, but what is written by each party, and provided me with a copy of what Richard Haag typed on behalf of Bob Howard Hyundai. These people are shady and crooks. Don’t do business with them or purchase a Hyundai. Hondas run for life and are built better than a Hyundai. Hyundai’s are cheaply built, and you can expect a repair after 150,000 miles, at your cost. More
We have been looking for a Hyundai Tucson SEL Premium, and had the advantage of first shopping at a dealer that wanted $5,000 over MSRP. That dealer's sales manager was arrogant and unprofessional. We t and had the advantage of first shopping at a dealer that wanted $5,000 over MSRP. That dealer's sales manager was arrogant and unprofessional. We then went to Bob Howard Hyundai along I-240 in south OKC. The experience was 180 degrees different from the first dealer visited. The sales manager was very professional and introduced us to an experiences sales person, Burto, and a trainee Shania. Both treated us with courtesy, professionalism, and honestly answered all questions. If they didn't know the answer they took the time to look it up so they could be certain that they were giving us the correct answers. We did a test drive, and then one thing led to another, and we went through a respectful phase of negotiation, and we committed to by the Tucson SEL Premium. The one that we wanted was scheduled to bedelivered to them on the 15th, but a wonderful thing intervened. We got our vehicle yesterday (Oct. 7th) and we brought it home yesterday. It is everything that we had hoped for and more. Bottom line? Shop at Bob Howard Hyundai. They will treat you like a valued customer before you are one. More
