Jakob, my service representative, was very efficient, helpful, and professional, and the work was performed within my specified time window. The only thing that turned me off about this dealership was si helpful, and professional, and the work was performed within my specified time window. The only thing that turned me off about this dealership was sitting in the waiting area about 7:45 am, drinking my coffee, and hearing the F-bomb being dropped on some song that was playing in the overhead speakers.
