Brought my car into the service center for a check engine light covered under warranty and they had my car for over a week and the very day I drove it home the check engine light came back on. I took it to a light covered under warranty and they had my car for over a week and the very day I drove it home the check engine light came back on. I took it to autozone to see what the light was for and it was the exact thing I brought it in to get serviced for. About 3-4 months of driving with the check engine light on I took it back to the same dealership service center to have the same problem fixed for a second time. The second time was quicker service only a couple days and when I picked it up no check engine light. Next morning on my way to work the same check engine light for the same exact thing. Now my car is not under its 100k mile warranty and I still have the same issue I started with. I do not recommend this place or Hyundai cars in general they are cheaply made and disposable cars. Don’t waste your time with these people. Spend a little more money and get you something that won’t crap out on you. The dealership wanted me to leave a 5star review and incentivized me with A full tank of gas if I did. What a waste of time this place has been. More
Worst experience I have ever had buying a car. We agreed on the price, but were lied to on the HONDA RECALL. I drove down to the dealership but was told they needed the car and the one fob we have in order to program the second one. I agreed to bring the car back when they are ready. It's now 2 week later and still no call. Warning to ALL PROSPECTIVE buyers, new OR used, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. THE SALES GROUP LIES. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITTING. BETTER YET, GO TO ANOTHER DEALER. More
