There was zero communication about the status of my car. I was left on hold numerous times until the line disconnected. The service advisor Jakob did not return a single one of my calls or messages regardin I was left on hold numerous times until the line disconnected. The service advisor Jakob did not return a single one of my calls or messages regarding the status of my vehicle and then he recommended spark plug replacement on a motor they installed less than 10k miles after installation. Why would a customer agree to an up sell when the dealership can't even return a phone call. Won't be using them again. More
