Just purchased a new car, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the buying experience. I typically hate the car shopping experience because of all the pushy, high-pressure and/or unhelpful salespeopl pleased with the buying experience. I typically hate the car shopping experience because of all the pushy, high-pressure and/or unhelpful salespeople out there, but Christian N was the best. No pressure to buy. He was just there to be respectful, answer questions, provide information, and do his best to get us the best deal possible -- which is EXACTLY what we wanted. And we feel he did just that. Not sure what the other salespeople are like there, but his low-key style fit ours. Our finance guy, Osama, was also the best -- very respectful, no high pressure, quick to answer questions and make the process as quick and efficient as possible. More

I set up an appointment to get my oil changed at 12:00 p. m. I arrived at 11:45 a.m. and was told it would take one to one and a half hours (which is a long time, but whatever). I messaged the number they pro m. I arrived at 11:45 a.m. and was told it would take one to one and a half hours (which is a long time, but whatever). I messaged the number they provided about two hours later for an update, but received no response. I waited another 30 minutes, still with no response. Finally, I went to the service desk, found someone, and discovered my car had been ready for some time. All they said was, "My bad; we will fill up your car next time." No, I will not be returning. A $35 fill-up does not compensate for wasting 2.5 hours of my time. Do better. More
Kody King was a great salesman. He was very thorough in telling us everything about the Santa Fe Cruz. The salesman was great just not happy with the dealership tactics. The advertisement of the price of the vehicle is why we stopped there. Only to find out that was a lease price but it didn’t say that. We were there from Wisconsin so we ended up getting a lesser vehicle than what we came for due to cost. The rubber mats with there name on it doesn’t even fit our model vehicle. The box in the car we were told it was a lid cover to hide what’s in the back end. Come to find out it was roof rails and on the window sticker it says dealer installed. I installed them myself. Just give the best rate possible at the beginning don’t say later we can buy down the rate if you buy extended warranty. All it is is numbers and it’s about the most profitable way to sell a car. It’s not about the customer.Don’t give people the run around about tariffs. Those cars been there way before tariffs were even talked about. Also dealer add ons is just another scam to raise the final numbers. More
Completely didn’t fix the issue I brought it in for no matter what I did over 5 days. Absolutely no communication unless you call and wait on hold for an hour even though they give a text option. I would only get ahold of them in the afternoon when they were about to have techs go home for the day so it just slowed the repair time down immensely. Service writers didn’t explain the issue correctly at all to the tech first go around so they test drove it over an entire day not finding the issue. Wanted to charge 200$ for each and everything they looked at. I thought it was 200$ for a TPMS sensor to be changed and signed off on it, but no. It’s 200$ to look at the TPMS sensor then 500$ to replace it, what a joke. Then a valve cover gasket (96$ I already have it.) is also over 500$ to change. Mind you it’s a 30 min job with about 10 10mm bolts you take off then replace after the gasket. And these weren’t even the issues I brought it for. It had a transmission problem that would happen intermittently. Off the symptoms it is almost 100% a solenoid because fluid was tested. But since nothing was fully broken yet and there was no code they didn’t want to do anything for it. Meaning I’d have to continue to drive it while it throws itself 3 gears down on the highway forcing you to turn the car off then on to allow you to shift again normally. And that’s if I don’t lose 5th gear next time it happens. Then boom new trans for 5000$ probably. This place felt like an absolute scam with no care for any customers time. More
