Drove in from Tulsa to buy as they were the only ones in the surrounding 4 states that had what I wanted. Easy to deal with. In and out in no time. the surrounding 4 states that had what I wanted. Easy to deal with. In and out in no time. More
The service department is great when you first bring your truck in but they are horrible about following up when your truck is ready. Every time I have to call in and get a status. They would save a lot of p truck in but they are horrible about following up when your truck is ready. Every time I have to call in and get a status. They would save a lot of phone calls if they would just follow up. More

My wife and I visited Bob Howard Chevrolet ( Oklahoma City ) on August 7th of this year to purchase a car. We already knew what we wanted and they made it happen. We had challenged credit due to the struggles of life, but they still made it happen! With monthly payments that we could easily afford!! We purchased a 2018 Cadillac XT-5 with low miles and we could not be more happy with our purchase!!! The sales department was very friendly and helpful, as well as the finance department. No games, no gimmicks, strictly business. Thank you Bob Howard Chevrolet, you have made a customer for life!! Allen and Melissa Sady Shawnee, Ok. More

Geraldo was excellent. He answered all my questions and did not pressure me to make a decision. If I were to purchase another car, I would want him to be the sales person He answered all my questions and did not pressure me to make a decision. Dropped vehicle off on a Thursday morning (0730) for an oil change and a check engine light. On Monday morning, I hadn’t heard back from the dealership so I called to check the status. I was informed they oil change and a check engine light. On Monday morning, I hadn’t heard back from the dealership so I called to check the status. I was informed they were looking at my truck and would let me know what they found. I received an email with services needed and authorized 1 of 2 recommendations because the diagnostic recommendation was inconclusive, for the check engine light. I received a call from the service advisor that vehicle was ready but they weren’t able to diagnose the check engine light problem. I arrived at the dealership and got face to face with the advisor because even though there were error codes, the mechanic wasn’t able to reproduce the error codes. I was then told, by the advisor, that the mechanic thought it was a fuel system issue and that he pulled a fuel sample that was not good. Since there were no indicators of this being related to error codes, I asked to watch the mechanics pull a fuel sample to see what it looked like. That wasn’t possible and that recommendation was a several thousand dollar repair, I told the advisor I was losing confidence in this dealership’s ability to accurately diagnose check engine error codes and their solutions were based on a “maybe”. So, I took my truck and will have it looked at elsewhere. When I drove away the check engine light was still on so I have doubts they gave me the true story because in order to recreate error codes they would have to clear them first and then the check engine light would be off. To top off everything, they made a recommendation to replace a serpentine belt, which I did but said nothing about a coolant tank sensor error, tire pressure sensor error and a crankshaft seal issue that was diagnosed , by them, within the last 3 months. I’ve serviced my truck at this dealership the past 3 years, but this experience of no communication for almost 4 days, inability to diagnose error codes, recommending costly maintenance based on nothing definitively related, and not addressing previous recommendations for maintenance has degraded my confidence in this shop.
