I had a very disappointing experience with the service department manager at Bob Howard Chevrolet. From the start, the communication felt dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of addressing concerns respectfully, the manager spoke in a condescending tone that made it clear customer service was not a priority. What was even more frustrating was the failure to honor the original estimate I was given. The final cost was significantly higher, with little explanation or accountability. When I asked for clarification, the response felt defensive rather than helpful. I expect transparency and basic respect when dealing with a service department, especially for something as important as vehicle maintenance. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short. I would strongly recommend others double-check estimates in writing and be cautious when dealing with this location. More
