went to get my tires rotated and balanced and didn’t tell me they weren’t gonna rotate them. got home realized that they were in fact not rotated! called them said that it was included with the balance but i me they weren’t gonna rotate them. got home realized that they were in fact not rotated! called them said that it was included with the balance but if they would’ve told me they weren’t gonna rotate them i wouldn’t have paid for the balance. terrible communication! After spending all day at a dealership where we were not met with good customer service we decided to stop at the Bob Howard Chevrolet dealership and they were awesome. I had a very disappointing experience with the service department manager at Bob Howard Chevrolet. From the start, the communication felt dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of addressing concerns respectfully, the manager spoke in a condescending tone that made it clear customer service was not a priority. What was even more frustrating was the failure to honor the original estimate I was given. The final cost was significantly higher, with little explanation or accountability. When I asked for clarification, the response felt defensive rather than helpful. I expect transparency and basic respect when dealing with a service department, especially for something as important as vehicle maintenance. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short. I would strongly recommend others double-check estimates in writing and be cautious when dealing with this location. More
