Which is why I made the 2 hour trip to work with him rather than buying local or at any of the dealerships along the way. Since I am from out of town, much of the "negotiating" was done over the phone. When I arrived at the dealership, everything was just as David said it would be. He also made sure the truck was filled up with diesel and washed. All I had to do was sign the paperwork and begin enjoying my new Duramax. After my experience with David, I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from Bob Howard Chevrolet. More

Normally as soon as I step foot on the lot, a pushy salesperson attaches him or herself to me and trails me like a heat guided missile trying to sell me every car within sight without any real consideration for the kind of car that I need. Kylan breaks the mold of "pushy salesperson" by being a genuinely considerate and extremely knowledgeable employee. There wasn't a question I had that he couldn't answer, and he did it all with a smile on his face. I'm not sure if he makes a commission off of selling cars or not, but he doesn't put undue pressure onto the customer which for me personally, would only make me feel less at ease while making my purchase. More
