Eric one of the managers refused to give any deals, as expected, yet continued to try to push a truck on me knowing I couldn't afford such a large payment for 75 months. Settled for another truck that was nice overall but had problems. Their shotty mechanic says everything is fine and walks away without answering any questions. Found out the remote start was shorted out and it wouldn't turn off. Sprayed some air on it and said bring it back if something else happens. Bring it back the next day because sensors in the tires aren't reading like I told him earlier. Answer was sorry that's your problem. We can fix all 4 for $400 though. Long story short my deal was less than a deal. Customer service is non existent except for Mario and Neil, and I will not bring my truck to them for repairs that eventually will be needed. Luckily my warranty is good for any mechanic. So use caution when buying used from this place. There are better dealers around town who treat you better and offer you more I promise! PB / PS flush I have a 2008 Chevy Alvalanche LTZ 2WD. This was routine service on power Steering flush and Power brake flush. The thing I was really please with was I have a 2008 Chevy Alvalanche LTZ 2WD. This was routine service on power Steering flush and Power brake flush. The thing I was really please with was Roy infomed me I was due this service on a weekend I came in for an oil change. I schedule the following week and they completed the service very quick in about 2 1/2 hours. They were very helpful in explaining the service in detail. My babysitter could only stay until 12:30, and I needed an oil change, tire rotation (thank you for reminding me, Mark!), and a noise checked out. Charles shuttled me home, and could not have been sweeter or more polite. Mark, who I always go to for service, called and said my car was ready. Well, I was stranded at home with two kids, and my car with the car seats was at the dealership. Charles brought my car to me, and I drove him back to the dealership, so I could pay. I was worried about being without a car until my husband got home with two little ones. Well, Mark and Charles, with their exceptional and kind service, made me not have to worry. I've never had an experience at any dealership like this. I always bring my car here and will continue to do so. I will be recommending Bob Howard, especially Mark for service, and Charles for shuttling to anyone I know who needs maintenance or to buy a car. Seriously impressed. More
DO NOT GO TO ANY BOB HOWARD DEALERSHIP! Be weary of any contract you sign. They are highly deceptive. Bob Howard places deceptive arbitration and other broad clauses throughout the contract allowing them contract you sign. They are highly deceptive. Bob Howard places deceptive arbitration and other broad clauses throughout the contract allowing them to legally get away with deceptive trade and business. I bought a vehicle with hail damage for a discounted price. After fixing the damage, it was found that the vehicle had previous water damage and all electronics including the passenger airbag needed to be replaced. Unfortunately for me, the DEAL SHEET NOT THE CONTRACT states that "the vehicle may or may not have weather related damage and I agree to purchase as is". I agreed to hail damage, NOT SEVERE WATER DAMAGE on the contract. The DEAL SHEET also DECEPTIVELY states, "I appoint the Dealer to act as my attorney in fact to sign my name on any document necessary to place title to the above described Trade-in Dealers name." I reiterate that this is ONLY a deal sheet and not the Power of Attorney that every other Dealership has you sign allowing them to submit a request for a New Vehicle Title. They in fact forgot to have me sign one, so they forged my name on a Power of Attorney and submitted it to a State Agency (Federal Offense). BUT, like I said, they deceptively inserted a clause allowing them to sign your name on ANY DOCUMENT. They practice deceptive business with absolutely no worry knowing that they have legally allowed themselves to get away with deceptive consumer trade. If you ignore this and do not share this information with your friends and family, you or someone you care about may find yourself/ theirselves in my position. A lawsuit that looks to end horrible for the innocent party. More
My daughter was 200 miles from home and had a flat. Brad got her a rental, stayed late, put new tires on in record time the next day and got her back on the road. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience at a car dealership in my life. I brought my car there for an oil change and tire rotation in July. I've had my car si had such a horrible experience at a car dealership in my life. I brought my car there for an oil change and tire rotation in July. I've had my car since August of last year and I bought it brand new off the lot. It has never been serviced until i took it to Bob Howard for an oil change and tire rotation. A couple days after i got my car back, i noticed my back left tire was losing air. Also, when they did the tire rotation, they didn't reset my TPSM so the computer was actually telling me that it was my front right tire that was low. But anyway I take the car back a couple weeks later to have all of that looked at and they tell me the tire can't be patched it needs to be replaced because there was a nail that was too close to the edge. After they quoted me a crazy high price for a tire, I declined that service and said i would just pick my car up and take it elsewhere. I went in early before work to pick it up and they couldn't find any record of my car being there. Mark the service advisor even denied ever helping me with my car even though he was the one that called to give me updates while my car was being serviced. So after about 30 minutes of waiting for them to figure out what happened to my car they decided to give me a loaner for the day until they could figure it all out. I went back to pick up my car that day. The next morning i took it straight to Discount Tire. After about an hour of it being there they called me to tell me that the tire that is giving me issues is a completely different tire then the rest of my tires. Its actually a WALMART brand tire and the only reason they needed to replace it was because of run flat damage to the tire. None of my other tires even have run flats. So my brand new car that had NEVER been touched by anyone but Bob Howard all of a sudden had a Walmart tire on it that was giving me issues. Also, this Walmart tire had about 2000 more miles of wear then any of my other 3 tires. I told the Service Manager Bryan Blackwell what happened and after talking to the dealership i bought the car from and Discount Tire he concluded that I am basically xxxx out of luck and I can't prove that it was his dealership that put on the Walmart tire. The dealership i bought it from even confirmed that when i bought the car it had 4 NEW tires, not 3 new tires and a used Walmart tire. Even though Bob Howard has been the only car place EVER to touch my car, they still deny that any of their guys messed up and put a used tire on my car when they were doing my oil change. Im not trying to get a bunch of free service or whatever, I just want them to acknowledge their mistake but yet the service manager told me I'm out of luck and just going to have to buy a new tire. Yeah buy a new tire to replace the old Walmart tire on that was on my new car. That makes sense. PLEASE do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE but here, I can't begin to tell you how they absolutely DO NOT care about their customers!!! Their sales team might be awesome but their service department is terrible. More
Bob Howard helped us through a very difficult situation with another car lot. They were there the whole way, even when we thought we would not be able to complete the deal due to the other lot they found with another car lot.
