Was working with someone on a vehicle. After knowing I was from out of state and had my own financing he said they do not accept out of state financing. This was never mentioned and he knew I was from out of state and looking for my own financing. Then told me the car was not ready and at the shop. This was after working with him several days and I was going to go pick up the car the next morning. He was rude and unapologetic. My husband spoke with a live agent online who said they have no problem with accepting out of state financing. Then when the car was ready they added a $1,500 extra charge because I was not using their financing! Which was never mentioned. Very bad experience. Even the manager was supposed to call me and let me know if the part was in back order for the vehicle and he never did and did not return my call. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend or purchase from them. More
Purchased the vehicle from another state. They provided additional pictures, picked me up from the airport, and made the entire transaction easy. There were some minor issues with the car that were not captured in the pictures or highlighted by the salesperson. Given the overall condition and price for the car, these minor issues were not a big deal. Overall very satisfied. More
BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY! !!! We agreed to a price with this dealer on the phone for a truck and got pre-qualified from our bank. The salesman sent me a picture of the sticker !!! Then they told us that they didn't have the vehicle and would get it from Tulsa. I asked the salesman to send me the VIN once he picked it up. I checked the VIN and it definitely did not match up to the vehicle sticker he had sent. It did not have leather, the premium package, and many other options which were supposed to be on the truck. There is no integrity with this company! Go to Carter Chevrolet. We had a GREAT experience with them!!! More
We were excited about the advertised deal on the website. Once we test drove the car and were ready to buy, the dealer told us that his manager said the car was advertised wrong. I contacted Robert and he was very friendly , I was sent a list of cars , mind you they do not tell you that unless its from their store they cant come off the price . After going back and forth , thought we had come to a agreement until he tells me what the payment will be . I asked to get a printout and was told thats with my trade in , looking at the printout they charged me for a service contract 2836.00 , I told him why are you charging me for a srevice contract I dont want that and its suppose to be optional. He said quote "The service contract is a warranty that is to help offset the fee the bank charged them for contracting me this loan, so everything on the deal sheet has t ostay like it is. You got a good interest rate for your credit ratingI have seen a whole lot worse. "After I said service contract has always been optional anywhere I have been , I'll pass . I got a Why would you buy a used car without a warranty?Have you seen how much it cost to just get a censor replaced?" I replied Why would you tell a consumer it's not a option? I have bought used cars before and still been able to maintain them." His response was I talked to management the deal sheet you have is the best deal if you don't want to do that then I guess we don't have a deal.They are not going to alter that in anyway.He did all he could do it was nice talking to me.
