I am very dissatisfied with this car dealership service department . My request was to replace the exhaust, and the estimated time was 7 hours. In fact, it took me 23 days. I sent the car to the dealership department . My request was to replace the exhaust, and the estimated time was 7 hours. In fact, it took me 23 days. I sent the car to the dealership on March 26 as scheduled. Before that, I had prepared all the parts. It was not until April 18 that I was notified to pick up the car. In fact, they did not replace the exhaust for me until April 17. Why did it take so long? The answer is that they thought I had other cars to drive so I was not in a hurry and repaired other customers first. More

I was really dreading it. So to my surprise I wasn’t expecting such great service, the sales people were really friendly, not pushy at all, and very knowledgable, everyone made me feel at ease. After I bought my vehicle I brought it in to the service department for oil changes and inspections. They are a reflection of the great service I received from the dealership, friendly and hospitable. The service was excellent and they were really quick getting the work done.
