Did not have a good experience today. Had appointment at 7am this morning and at 2:45ish I text my service guy to get update on my car. He then text me to let me know that he had not had a chance to get it looked at since they have been busy from the weekend. Why would you wait till 3pm to give me an update. He said the tech would get to it tomorrow. I went and picked up my car. I made the appointment on Saturday for Monday morning and not only myself but my kids had to wake up super early and I didn't have a car all day for nothing. I work out of my car and I need it to work so not having it all day hinder my work and then the fact that you think I'm gonna keep my car there another day. Not happening. More
