Let me tell you that my credit was NOT in great condition AT ALL, however, Brishaun went above and beyond to help get me into something that fit ALL of my needs. Buying a car can really be intimidating, but her level of knowledge and friendliness made both my family and I feel very comfortable about this purchase. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and was pleasantly patient with me the whole time. She walked me through every feature step by step and help me set them up before I drove off. I knew that the employees at Bob Howard really wanted me to be happy and were not just trying to throw me into something (especially with my credit issues).
