"HB" stormed out on his hotboxing scheme when I asked about the specific problems of the car's make/model year. Im almost sure that he knew the cars problems and was trying to force people into buying the car by flat out lying about them. I was told "dont worry about that" 4 separate times regarding a recall that would have to be done by an adjacent dealer. "They will fix it for free as soon as you drive off the lot." I had called the dealer to ask about it and was told that car was in line to be fixed in 4 months. I walkedin ready to pay cash at the asking price but instead literally saw myself out of the building without a good bye. More

He was extremely helpful pointing out the details of the car and when my wife returned a few days later took well over an hour explaining how various options on the car functioned. Neal in finance was also extremely helpful. He worked very hard to get us the best interest rate available. He even fed us dinner!! More

Major mechanical failure I bought a truck and haven't had it more than 2 months. It's having a major electrical problem and it's unsafe to drive cause it will just lose power. This happened to me while driving down the interstate with my 4 yr old son. I feel like they sold us an unsafe vehicle and now they endangered myself and my child. I can't get a hold of anyone in sales and nobody has returned my phone calls. This great deal I thought I was so lucky to be getting is now a nightmare. I would never purchase another vehicle from them if they can't stand behind the vehicles they are selling when it hasn't even been 2 months. Now I know why they immediately jumped at the offer I gave them. Thank you for putting my life and my sons life in danger. More

Edward Hunter and Jordan Newby changed what I considered a negative experience into the best vehicle purchase experience EVER!! Edward was so patient and kind. He's a NO pressure kind of guy who's friendly and fun to be around. He treated us the way a customer wants to be treated: with honesty, clarity, openness, and fairness. Honestly, he and Jordan went WAY above and beyond when it came to customer service! It didn't stop there. Edward has contacted us more than once to be sure our needs had been met. I don't consider Edward a car salesman, he's more like a friend to us. There's NO doubt who I'll use the next time I need a vehicle! Bad experience, buyer beware I was looking at the new Colorado P/U at first the experience with Casey Prestige was very good then I went in to get my trade-in looked at. Casey wasn't there the so called manager, John Mona, helped me and that is when it went down hill. First he talked down to me and tried to school me on how things were done now. Then they low balled me on a trade in. While I understand that a dealership needs to get a trade-in for as low as they can its what came after that was ridiculous. The manager didn't let the salesman know he probably lost him the sale. I was still interested but was never contacted again until I complained to Casey. I am done with Bob Howard Chevrolet. On top of that I kept getting text messages from other sales people. One was an assistant manager, Shelby Renfro who as rude as the internet manager, John Mona. Watch out when dealing with Group One dealers. Casey Prestige is a good salesman and I would do business with him again. More

I sent in my info and was called quickly by their rep Hillary. I'm a very analytical person which can be overwhelming to most but she handled all my questions and had an educated response to everything. None of that "let me call my manager and get back with you" crap. She was extremely professional and made sure that I had all the information I needed in order to make a decision on which vehicle to go with. The one at David Stanley was very similar but I decided to give my business to Bob Howard strictly for service that I received from Hillary alone. She was my deciding factor. My saleman was also very knowledgable and helpful but I don't remember his name. Highly recommend this store and I hope my review helps you make your decision to go with this dealership over everyone else in town. More

I knew what I wanted in a truck and he helped me find it. David came highly recommended from a friend who also had a great experience with him. Which is why I made the 2 hour trip to work with him rather than buying local or at any of the dealerships along the way. Since I am from out of town, much of the "negotiating" was done over the phone. When I arrived at the dealership, everything was just as David said it would be. He also made sure the truck was filled up with diesel and washed. All I had to do was sign the paperwork and begin enjoying my new Duramax. After my experience with David, I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from Bob Howard Chevrolet. More

Normally as soon as I step foot on the lot, a pushy salesperson attaches him or herself to me and trails me like a heat guided missile trying to sell me every car within sight without any real consideration for the kind of car that I need. Kylan breaks the mold of "pushy salesperson" by being a genuinely considerate and extremely knowledgeable employee. There wasn't a question I had that he couldn't answer, and he did it all with a smile on his face. I'm not sure if he makes a commission off of selling cars or not, but he doesn't put undue pressure onto the customer which for me personally, would only make me feel less at ease while making my purchase. More
