Pleasant Purchase Pleasant sales agent who was very nice and helpful. There was very little haggling over the price. The past couple cars we have bought were from Carma Pleasant sales agent who was very nice and helpful. There was very little haggling over the price. The past couple cars we have bought were from Carmax so we could avoid the haggling and sales games dealers often play to pressure you into the purchase. Bob Howard did none of that and restored our faith in buying from a dealership again. We were already trying to sell our old vehicle ourselves and our agent provided very helpful tips further enhancing our pleasant sales experience. More

I was taken care of very well I brought my 2015 Silverado in that was was having trouble starting and they took my truck to the back ran the diagnostic check and come to find out I brought my 2015 Silverado in that was was having trouble starting and they took my truck to the back ran the diagnostic check and come to find out it was a bad battery and it was replace by warranty , the only question I had was when I got home I noticed a large cut in my left from tire I couldn't say it Happened at the service department ,, I also question are the factory wheels Covered under warranty. Guys couldn't diagnose an easy problem. Recently my 2006 Trailblazer SS developed a clacking noise up high in the engine on the right side. I didn't have extra time to try to figure out wha Recently my 2006 Trailblazer SS developed a clacking noise up high in the engine on the right side. I didn't have extra time to try to figure out what was wrong because of work. I took it to them for diagnosis. After having it a while all they could tell me was " it's something camshaft related.." This was on a Friday afternoon. Over the weekend I realized the problem was a stuck lifter which I knew how tp resolve. I got my truck back them first thing Monday morning and took care of the problem myself. A god shop would have been able to diagnose the problem right away and fix it. As it was, I paid them $72 for little of any help. That's why I typically do my own service work.; Can't trust a dealership. They only want your money. More
