Called the Bob Howard Collision Center on 14 July 2023 to see about having work done on my Chevrolet Camaro. Was referred to Doug and I sent him pics and information about my car to get an estimate and set see about having work done on my Chevrolet Camaro. Was referred to Doug and I sent him pics and information about my car to get an estimate and set up an appointment, stating that I would be paying cash for all the repairs. Doug refused to set my car up for an appointment and told me to "wait and call later." Since then he has dodged my calls on 5 separate occasions. As of 02 August, Doug still refuses to return my phone calls and the staff at the collision center will not forward me to another individual who can assist. I've wasted three weeks with them and after this level of disrespect chose another shop to fix my car. I'll now have to wait till October for repairs, but I'm fine with that. Bob Howard Chevrolet doesn't deserve my $$ or business. More
