She is incredibly kind, and never once made us feel like just a customer. Usually the financing is the worst part, but Eric and Franklin made it an enjoyable part of the car buying experience. Signing a note on a car loan can be stressful, but those guys did an amazing job at getting us through it. Other salespeople on the lot were just as great. Several stopped by just to chat, share in a good laugh, or simply wave as they were passing. I'm not one to shop for cars often. My husband on the other hand makes a sport of it, so he's had his share of poor service. He was so impressed with how easy this one was. I believe he has found his "home" dealership. Thank you all for you help and excellent service!! More
Worst service department ever Had a repair done on my car under warranty one year and three months ago. The part is defective and needs to be replaced again. Dealership won’t cov Had a repair done on my car under warranty one year and three months ago. The part is defective and needs to be replaced again. Dealership won’t cover said that because it was covered under my bummer to bummer the part only had 700 mile warranty because that was how much was left on my warranty. However if someone else “ paid” for the repair they get a two year warranty. I first and foremost was never given this option and second why would it matter?! So what you did was put a part in you knew I would have to come back and spend money to have repair done is what it appears. Taylor the service guy helping is rude we have spoke to service manager Chris who didn’t care about our concerns, kept cutting off when trying to talk to him. When tried to explain previous issues and that it is something every time we have to bring a car in he makes excuses, stating they are human and mistakes are made. They called someone who was not me to pick my car up the last time. We have a call into GM currently regarding the part. I have purchased four vehicles from Bob Howard and after all my issues with Bob Howard Chevrolet I will never purchase another vehicle from Bob Howard. This is NOT how a customer should be treated! I stopped communicating with the service tech because of his condescending rude attitude towards me. Update: the service manager now called and said if this post was not adjusted to tell the truth, apparently to a version that doesn’t reflect their poor customer service I need to return my loaner car and pick up my vehicle and not do business with them again. So they also threaten their customers. And after speaking to GM they said the part should be covered under the power train warranty which what I had tried to tell the tech originally who was so rude and would not listen to me. More

Wrong decision..... I arrived at 910 am and was told they didn't have the tire there but was getting one brought over and it would be about 45 minutes so I'd be ready to go in 1 hour. At 1130 I asked about my car because nobody had let me know anything and then I was told they forgot to get my tire and it would be another 45 minutes on top of the over 2 hours I'd already been waiting. I made arrangements for a ride back to the hospital because I couldn't wait any long and was told they would bring my car to me in about an hour and a half. But I'd have to pay upfront which I did with not type of adjustments or anything to try to make there screw up right. They just brought my car to me at 315 PM!!! 6 hours after our first time of car would be ready in a hour and I have scratches above the rear driver side tire and a dent and paint chip on the rear driver side door. Very disappointed and definitely will not be purchasing anymore vehicles OR using the service department from any of the BOB HOWARD auto group dealers and would advise anyone else considering doing business with them to heed all these complaints about there service department and stay far away. And I actually bought our previous 2016 Ford fusion from Bob HOWARD of Edmonds which was also a nightmare to get anything from the service department as well. When call and ask to speak to the dealership manager they sent you to Chris a service manager when you ask to speak to his boss he will get a attitude with you and tell you the only ones higher than him is the stock holders and good luck. We went here on 2/12/2018 and got approved for a 2017 1500 Silverado. The price written on the front window said a little over $34,000. When we started talking figures and money the finance manager tried to charge us full price of the truck of nearly $42,000 and then my husband asked them about the $34,000 written on the front window. They supposedly adjusted it according to Chris. When we eventually were waiting to see the finance manager (Neil) as we sat and waited next to a man that was highly irritated and aggravated with the fact that with his purchase of a used vehicle the way apparently the contract was written unbeknownst to him until after the fact that of receiving the paperwork in the mail they sacked him with $895 in taxes just for him to get his tags when he said that they quoted him around $89. And he had been sitting there as long as we had and was still there even when we were getting ready to leave because he refused to leave until they corrected their mistake. We didn't leave until 6 hours later and just before our last visit with the finance manager a salesman came out with the correction for that other customer who shook hands and stormed out the dealership doors. That didn't settle well with us because it made us skeptical of our transaction and unsure of what to expect. At first the finance manager, Neil asked to see my husband alone in his office and left me sitting in the waiting area. It has always been our personal experience that we have never met a scrupulous finance manager in any dealership. And one of the oldest tricks we've seen with people of this trade is to divide and conquer. So within less than a minute I showed up at the finance managers office. Also with all occasion of being at that dealership I had my tablet and phone present. Neil told us both in his office that in order to keep our payments under $800 He wouldn't be able to include the taxes in the loan. We asked for a quote and he stated it could be $1,400 to $1,600. Based on his quote we agreed to the terms of the loan. Eventually we got the paperwork and called The Tag Agency and were told that the amount owed would be $1,800. It would appear that Neil lied simply put and when my husband confronted him about it today he tried to deny giving us both a quote that he figured up on his calculator that happened to be running low on paper and was down to the red line of it. Aside from that quote Phil was also in Neil's office with us as well until we agreed based on Neil's quote. We are too old for these "He said, She said games". Oklahoma is a "One Party State" that means legally only one person has to agree to being recorded, me. With this stated that's why my tablet and phone were present at that dealership and especially with Neil and Phil. If they want resolution because of their dishonesty and treating us just like that customer before us at this point and according to GM Financial that dealership can rewrite the loan and include the taxes and fees "at their cost". All positive reviews have been taken back. Regardless of this being an independent dealership that does not give them the right to be without integrity or honesty towards us the customers or anyone else. That's also why a complaint was turned in with Chevrolet Customer Service and a case number has been issued. In our opinion There is no excuse or apology acceptable for dishonesty and what would appear as auto fraud just to get a sale. More

Approximately 10 My wife took her 2015 Chevrolet Suburban in because her AC wasn’t working. They diagnosed it as a hose and charged $500+ to replace. Approximately 10 days later (1st warm day since we picked it up) she tries to run her AC for the first time, it’s still not working, the ac had never been fixed. We take it back to bob Howard service and find out that the problem is actually under warranty. One would think the $500+ would be reimbursed? Lol....no. We were fed some lie about how they kept the damaged hose?! If that was the problem why wasn’t the ac fixed? I’ve bought several vehicles and used this service department at bob Howard many times but will never again. Unless you want to be taken advantage of I would stay away. More
Unethical Service Department Bob Howard Chevrolet service department tried to take advantage of a single female not having any knowledge about a vehicle's engine. I took my car in Bob Howard Chevrolet service department tried to take advantage of a single female not having any knowledge about a vehicle's engine. I took my car in for an oil leak. An hour later they estimated a $3500 repair that included a complete engine front cover reseal (replacing pumps, gaskets, struts, etc.). Not having that money laying around, my gut told me to get a second opinion. I took it to 540 Auto Repair in OKC. After popping the hood, he knew exactly what the problem was saying "this is a common problem with this vehicle". I got my car fixed for less than $200! After contacting Bob Howard regarding the experience I had, they insisted that my car had several leaks and that they shouldn't have all been listed under one repair, but they all needed to be done in order to fix the leak. I've now had my car for 3 days and there hasn't been one drop of oil left in any parking space or in my garage since I've had it back. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More
Poor Service I sent an e-mail to my service consultant on Wed. Jan 3 for an appointment for Friday, Jan 5 at 8am. I arrived at the dealership on time and was told I sent an e-mail to my service consultant on Wed. Jan 3 for an appointment for Friday, Jan 5 at 8am. I arrived at the dealership on time and was told my consultant was off that day and Curt Wagner would help me. I told him I had an engine oil leak and needed a cost for repairs and left the auto there. By 10:30am, I called Mr. Wagner and was told he had no information yet and would call me. By 2:30pm, I called and got Mr. Wagner voice mail and left a message to call me. By 3:30PM , no call back and I called Mr. Wagner and was told the same. I told him if I had not heard from him I would be in at 5pm to get my auto. I arrived at the dealership and Mr. Wagner did not have an estimate and just got my auto and I left. I have been a customer for Bob Howard for over 20 years and never been treated so rudely in my life. Mr. Wagner has no "customer service" skills at all and does not need to be in that postion. I wasted a whole day for nothing. Mr. Wagner did not offer an apoloygy or a "I'm sorry". Just here is your car and enjoy the rest of your day. I would not recommend Bob Howard to anyone now. My wife and just retired and we need to purchase a new car but it will not be from Bob Howard Dealership. More
