Bob Howard Chevrolet was awesome for both me and my wife. First my wife got a great deal on the 2020 Traverse (no trade in). Then I went back with a trade in for the 2020 Silverado Texas Edition. The window tint they use is an extremely cheap product, and they only apply it to the front 2 windows to match the factory tint of the rears... about a $99 job at any tint shop. Nitrogen fill is a complete gimmick. Never fall for that. Also, the vehicle I was looking at had floor mats as a factory option, yet I was going to be charged for them again. If you see the addendum sticker in the window, keep moving.. More

From being told that the lender required me to purchase an extended warranty all the way to being shown an extreme misrepresentation of the vehicle history report. Now I'm stuck in a vehicle that not only requires very expensive repairs for problems that the dealership had to have known about when they sold it to me, but also a vehicle that I'm unable to trade out of because of its history the was misrepresented to me by the dealership. I'm seeing other reviews from people who seem to have had a far better experience than I did but as for me, this is the last time I set foot on a Bob Howard lot and I'm making sure everyone I talk to knows about my experience. If I could give a zero star rating I absolutely would. I urge you to be very CAUTIOUS when shopping here. More
