I contacted Robert and he was very friendly , I was sent a list of cars , mind you they do not tell you that unless its from their store they cant come off the price . After going back and forth , thought we had come to a agreement until he tells me what the payment will be . I asked to get a printout and was told thats with my trade in , looking at the printout they charged me for a service contract 2836.00 , I told him why are you charging me for a srevice contract I dont want that and its suppose to be optional. He said quote "The service contract is a warranty that is to help offset the fee the bank charged them for contracting me this loan, so everything on the deal sheet has t ostay like it is. You got a good interest rate for your credit ratingI have seen a whole lot worse. "After I said service contract has always been optional anywhere I have been , I'll pass . I got a Why would you buy a used car without a warranty?Have you seen how much it cost to just get a censor replaced?" I replied Why would you tell a consumer it's not a option? I have bought used cars before and still been able to maintain them." His response was I talked to management the deal sheet you have is the best deal if you don't want to do that then I guess we don't have a deal.They are not going to alter that in anyway.He did all he could do it was nice talking to me. This Bob Howard Dealer is not very ethical. I was working a deal on a truck they had and on their website they advertise the drive out price of the Chevy it they don’t honor that price. They said there was a $7,500 market price above MSRP. Then when negotiating my trade. I wasn’t being able reasonable but they said if I wanted more for my trade they would have to increase their market adjustment to $17,500 over MSRP. What a scam this place is. We have purchased many vehicles and have never encountered this before. Beware when dealing with this unethical Bob Howard Dealership of Oklahoma! More
What a horrible experience I am having buying my first car from Bob Howard Chevrolet. I purchased a 2013 Chevy Cruze lemon, that keeps having issues. I purchased the car at the end of December, I was forc car from Bob Howard Chevrolet. I purchased a 2013 Chevy Cruze lemon, that keeps having issues. I purchased the car at the end of December, I was forced to add warranty on to the car in order to have it. With the problems I keep having it makes sense why. I am very displeased with how I dropped my car off to be fixed, only to experience more issues. Within a few minutes of leaving the service department I noticed my car smoking excessively from the back, I decided to turn around and return the car. Once I pulled up to the service line again, my car was smoking excessively from under the hood of the car. That indicates that no one bothered to test drive the car once they apparently fixed it. Which is very disheartening because you're putting the customer in danger. The only good thing about this and how nice and understanding the service advisor was, he noticed how bad of condition my car was in, but it was ironic how the used car sales woman CYNTHIA, pulled in behind me and immediately ran inside. She knew exactly who I was, because we have spoken previously. I received my car back only to encounter more issues. Car was smoking from back and front, as well as leaking oil. I kept calling the dealership to speak with Tim Branch, but instead had a used car salesman returning my call. They’re acting oblivious to what the issue is, and I for one do not like being treated like I am stupid. Updating my review from previous post. Tim Branch is super unprofessional and his responses to all reviews have the same 3 sentence responses. No wonder all the managers under you share the same characteristics.. They specialize in selling lemons. They didn’t want to remove me from this deal, and were very clear about it. Eventually after being hard to please with any car they agreed to buying the car back. Which is initially what I wanted. If you stand your ground you will indeed get what you ask. More

The dealership let another buyer put a deposit on it and texted me that they were sorry but someone else got the truck. This dealership should have something in place for this not to happen! Better trained staff absolutely no customer service skills, purchased vehicle and not within 2 days check engine light comes on then it was snowball effect. I wish I would have know the customer service standards drop as soon as they have that sale! I really don't understand how the service dept. works. When you make an appointment that means both parties decide on a time that works for them. An appointed time. My appointment was at 8:15 and when I arrived there were multiple cars ahead of me. I thought wow, there must be a lot of 8:15 appointments. No big deal though, I just waited my turn and dropped off my truck. So 3:00 rolls around and i have heard nothing so I call. Service advisor informed me that no one has looked at it yet and probably won't today. I'm sorry I thought my appointment was a 8:15 and I was waiting in the lobby. He informed me that there are no appointment times and its just first come first serve. I arrived after 5:15 or so to pick my truck up and I thought maybe they made a mistake and was just trying to cover it up. Nope. Service advisor said no one has looked at it and will not look at it today. Mind blown to say the least. The worst part is not one person ever contacted me, said the word sorry, we made a mistake, It's a bad system, ......just nothing. Here is your keys. No problem. You just wasted 9 hours of my life. I work in healthcare management and if this happened someone would be strongly corrected or fired. We would be bending over backwards to reach out to the patient that was treated wrongly and make it kosher immediately. Very disappointed to say the least. Will never go here again and I hope they can make some major policy and procedure changes. More
