They got my truck in quickly and kept me updated throughout the process with clear explanations and no upselling or pressure. The technicians did a thorough job on the alignment and performed a solid inspection, pointing out a couple of minor things but nothing major — which was a relief for a 25-year-old truck that's still going strong. Everything was completed on time, the work was done right, and the pricing was fair and transparent. I really appreciated how respectful they were with my older vehicle and how knowledgeable the team was about it. If you're in the Oklahoma City area and need honest, quality service on your Chevy (especially if it's an older model like mine), I highly recommend Bob Howard Chevrolet Service.
