Made an appointment for an oil change. Got there at the specified time. Once arriving I checked my car in and waited. After an hour I walked outside to make a call and noticed my car was s Got there at the specified time. Once arriving I checked my car in and waited. After an hour I walked outside to make a call and noticed my car was still outside and hadn’t even been started yet. Also, when checking in, I got a text message from the service department stating I could text them that number with any questions. After noticing my car had not been started, I reached out via that number and no one ever responded to me. Took an hour and 45 minutes to get an oil change even with making an appointment and did not and still have not received any response from the supervisor that checked me in. Not a great experience and will not return to that dealership for service. More
