Our goal is always to provide clear communication and fair pricing, and I regret that we fell short of your expectations in this case. Regarding the brake service, it is standard practice to inspect rotors when replacing pads, and if too much material has already been removed or if safety could be compromised, we recommend replacement rather than machining.
