I brought my car in on Monday Dec. 30, and asked for diagnostic testing because my car dies almost every night. I took it in about 8am. Later that afternoon, they called and had me come get my battery and go swap it out because it was a bad battery. I brought the new battery back, didn’t hear anything the rest of the day. Knowing they were closed for new years, I called today Jan 2 and asked for an update, and they didn’t have one. They hadn’t even put the new battery back in the car. Neither the technician or mechanic were scheduled for work today, and I was told “I don’t know what to tell you.” I requested to come get my car so that I could take it somewhere else.
