Came in for my 9:30am appointment for an oil change follow by recommended repairs of my vehicle. Told that it would be ready by around 5pm or 6pm due to tires being order and deliver to location which follow by recommended repairs of my vehicle. Told that it would be ready by around 5pm or 6pm due to tires being order and deliver to location which arrived there around 4pm Then return to the dealership to bring my mother's vehicle to have look at. Met up with the person that been updating me and told me that my vehicle will still be ready between 5om and 6pm. So my mother and I waited because I was going to take home since her car would not be ready until tomorrow. After 6pm. There was no update and the person that has been updating left for the day with no communication. I had to ask someone there to give me an update only to find out that my car would be ready until tomorrow. So now we don't any way to get home. So I had demand a vehicle which they did. Upsetting that I had my appointment scheduled and was not done when it said was going to be. More
