Only small complaint I have is that the car I got have scratch/scuff marks and a dent low on the back bumper. Yes I should have seen it while looking it over. But they never brought it to my attention either. It wasn’t until after I had left and saw it the next day. I talked to the manager and he basically said, well you got a chance to look at it, so you should’ve seen it. With no solution offered. So I think that could’ve been handled better. Went in for an oil change & to get a quote for a TPM. They ran it through and forgot to check the TPM- I saw them circle my car back around and update me about the TPM. They somehow managed to disconnect They ran it through and forgot to check the TPM- I saw them circle my car back around and update me about the TPM. They somehow managed to disconnect the other 3 TPMs and told me they would come back on after i fixed the broken one.they wanted to charge $200 for the sensor and didn’t even have the part so couldn’t fix it if I wanted them to. Bathrooms were in disrepair. Crew was not helpful. Not happy. More
Spent $5k for transmission work and the only person that said thank you was the porter that delivered my vehicle with muddy boots. Only issue I have is my email said that the Bob Howard dealer has a shuttle service! However the person I spoke to on the phone said there was no shuttle service. I waited 2 hours for my vehicle!
