I was really dreading it. So to my surprise I wasn’t expecting such great service, the sales people were really friendly, not pushy at all, and very knowledgable, everyone made me feel at ease. After I bought my vehicle I brought it in to the service department for oil changes and inspections. They are a reflection of the great service I received from the dealership, friendly and hospitable. The service was excellent and they were really quick getting the work done. I had my first oil service and correction for a factory install error on my new $100k car w 800 miles and the car was return filthy dirty w scuff marks in the door card and door sill. I’m still trying to install error on my new $100k car w 800 miles and the car was return filthy dirty w scuff marks in the door card and door sill. I’m still trying to get one out. There were oily hand prints on the paint and glass as well as on the inside. The dealership should know you never close the door pushing on glass, especially on frameless glass. No car, no matter what it cost, new or not, should be returned to the customer in this condition. My service advisor, Kyle, was great. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and kept in touch with me throughout the process. I had scheduled the appt w another advisor who wasn’t there on the day of the service and didn’t have me scheduled as agreed to. Kyle took it in stride and never made me feel like I did something wrong. Great work Kyle! More
HORRIBLE LIARS. THEY WILL PROMISE YOU THE MOON TO SIGN BUT THEY DO NOT DELIVER. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO GIVE ME NEW WHEELS AND TIRES WHEN I BOUGHT THE TRUCK.
