I'm sorry you feel this way Raymond. As far as the wheels, that is correct, we usually do not switch rims on Used vehicles as that typically requires different tires as well. We do not have that kind of margin in our used vehicles and price our vehicles accordingly. As far as a dent, if we can get it out, I would be happy to give it a shot. The accusations of fraud and non-disclosure could not be further than the truth. 1) Buyer's guide posted on vehicle and signed by customer shows zero manufacture warranty. 2) "CanAm" Service and parts agreement signed by customer and provided to all customers (free of charge) that purchase a Canadian vehicle less than 5 years old and less than 60,000 miles specifically to cover mechanical components. 3) Lastly we have customers review a Carfax including said customer that not only shows origin of vehicle, but also discloses coverages on the customer's vehicle. We have followed the same process diligently throughout the last several years. The process was reviewed by OADA counsel and through local counsel to confirm disclosure is conspicuous and clear to any buyer. These 3 are all examples of disclosure that customer is bullishly dismissing. He even mentioned on the phone that it's a manufacture problem but i expect the dealer to take care of it. Please note there have also been multiple other defaming and inaccurate reviews left on Yelp and other review sites. I responded to original threat within 24 hours of complaint and had followed up continuously. Not willing to make an offer at this time. -Justin Harmon (General Manager)
