We currently have 30 loaner vehicles yet 300 open repair orders. No car lot has enough loaner vehicles to cover for the amount of parts on back order. Daniel, I agree with you that we should always be able to fix a customers concern unless we have a condition that is intermittent. This usually comes with electrical issues that present themselves every so often. In these instances we can not duplicate customers concern we often are asked to check all of the wiring but a majority of the times, this is not efficient and sometimes impossible to track down an issue that is not presenting itself while in the shop.
