We scheduled an appointment for Friday. Talked to a service advisor and they said it may not be until Monday that someone gets to looking at the vehicle. I asked if we could have a loaner and was informed that loaners are only for warranty service. At which point I just asked to have my vehicle back so I could take somewhere else. That same day I had a loaner from a different shop and they had it into their shop. I understand being short staffed, but why bother scheduling appointments nearly a week before you can even get it in? Other than the major waste of time and inconvenience, everyone was very polite and understanding… unfortunately I won’t be returning here for service. More
