Dropped our car off for a safety recall on a Friday. We were told we'd get a call if it wasn't going to be done that day. We did not get a call. Monday morning I call and am informed that the person in charge of our repair is out that day and that nothing has been started. We had no communication and no indication we would be without a car for so long. Some customer service would have been appreciated. We went ahead and got our car without any work being done and will try a different dealer. More
