Thank you Alexis for bringing this to our attention. I looked into the Repair Order and I don't disagree that one hour of check out may seem a bit excessive. That said, there is always going to be checkout time on any repair and there was easily half an hour to confirm the cause of your complaint, confirm it was an isolated issue and and produce the proper repair needed to fix your issue.
