Very sorry for the delay. Service traffic has been overwhelming and we are currently interviewing and hiring at least 3 more technicians to cover the demand. In regards to loaners, we currently have 22 loaner vehicles and 300 service vehicles. If there are warranty or service contract concerns, those customers have preferential availability to these loaner vehicles. We simply can't have a car for every customer that comes in for service. Nonetheless, I apologize for the latency and promise this is our focus. -Justin Harmon (General Manager)
