Had my appointment set for 8am on Tuesday Jan. 9th, so I dropped it off the night before. I called a couple days later to check on my car and they hadn’t even looked at my car yet! Then came Satur 9th, so I dropped it off the night before. I called a couple days later to check on my car and they hadn’t even looked at my car yet! Then came Saturday, still hadn’t looked at my car. And finally on Monday they look at it and I finally get my car back after a week of them having it. I understand there is backups, but if they knew they were so backed up they shouldn’t have had me drop my car off when I did because I had no other means of transportation and when I asked for a rental they said no. I had to spend $100 (that I didn’t have) that week on Uber to get back and forth to work. They also told me that a re-alignment on my leased car would be $130. I told them not to go through with it because I already had to spend $100 on Uber because they had my car way longer than what they originally said. I will NEVER be coming back here. More

We scheduled an appointment for Friday. Talked to a service advisor and they said it may not be until Monday that someone gets to looking at the vehicle. Called Monday evening and they said that it might not be until late Tuesday or Wednesday before someone even looks at it. I asked if we could have a loaner and was informed that loaners are only for warranty service. At which point I just asked to have my vehicle back so I could take somewhere else. That same day I had a loaner from a different shop and they had it into their shop. I understand being short staffed, but why bother scheduling appointments nearly a week before you can even get it in? Other than the major waste of time and inconvenience, everyone was very polite and understanding… unfortunately I won’t be returning here for service. More
