No Integrity! Originally I was told they have a 118 point inspection on their used cars. After buying a 2yr old car from them, a thousand miles later I noticed it was eating through the front tires due to ba inspection on their used cars. He told me they only inspect the frame and brakes. It went from a 118 point inspection to a 2 point inspection. Refusing to make things right, they lost my respect and business. Do not buy a used car from them! More
So far this "SERVICE" department has had my car for over a week. I called their service department on a Monday night when it wouldn't go into reverse. They had me try several things and when that didn't work, recommended that I have it towed in to their shop. They gave me a local tow guy that they have used to contact. I assumed that all we be handled accordingly and I would receive a call the next day. When that didn't happen, I called them Wednesday afternoon. They told me that they had not brought it in to look at but see that it was in there for a gear issue and a flat tire. "FLAT TIRE"??? When I left it, there wasn't a flat tire. He then mentioned that the tow truck driver (which was the owner)had left a note that he would pay for any damages that were a result of the tow. They said then that they would have it in on Thursday. When i didn't here from them on Thursday I called on Friday morning. It was a gear box that needed replaced. Shawn then recommended a couple of other things that needed done and I agreed. He said it would be done later that evening and they would call. Guess what "NO CALL" - I call Saturday - should be done later that day. Guess what "NO CALL". I call Monday - the mechanic working on my car called off sick - the guy that answered said I'll get back with you today and let you know whats going on. Guess what "NO CALL".It's Tuesday morning (a week and a day later) and guess what, "NO CALL", no nothing. This place is a joke. Went in "just to look" with no intention to buy that day. Susan Goodman greeted us and asked a few questions about what we might be interested in (Town & Country). After that we started discussing price, trade-in value, financing, etc. All of this was without any high pressure sales tactics. We agreed on the deal that afternoon, took the van home, and finalized everything a couple of days later. Everyone we talked to was friendly and helpful. We will definitely recommend this dealership to our friends and acquaintences. More

Susan Goodman was an amazing salesperson to work with on the purchase of my new Dodge Caliber. She is personable, knowledgeable, and not "pushy" as some salespeople can be. Susan Goodman was a GREAT saleswoman I truly recommend, and Joel Warmund (accessories manager) was by far the BEST I HAVE EVER SEEN (And I've bought 28 vehicles in the past few years- I buy cars for personal and business). He was KNOWLEDGEABLE, honest. and not pushy. The two made a perfect combination of up-front honesty and straight shooting, exactly what I like in a dealer. My only complaint is with the loan- they didn't explain things very well and I had to press questions to find out what I was getting. They should have been more upfront with the loan terms, as there were a few things in there that aren't real common anymore- like paying a penalty for paying it off early. It seemed like a little deceptiveness that they hid that kind of detail from me until I dug into the details and challenged them on it. More

I did not plan on buying a new car when i walked in, but Susan let me drive new and older models of you were with the purchase of my first new car. Everyone on the team had a smile on there face and made me feel welcome at the dealership. Once i sat and drove the 2012 Avenger i had to have it and they worked with me on my trade-in, payments at price i wanted, and the price on the car was perfect. I was travaling alone back to Memphis, TN from a visit with my mother in Akron, Ohio. I drive a Chrysler 2008 300C with all the bells and whistles. As I was returning back to Memphis with about 600 mile with my mother in Akron, Ohio. I drive a Chrysler 2008 300C with all the bells and whistles. As I was returning back to Memphis with about 600 miles ahead of me, my navigation system went on the blink, I knew I just needed to get to Columbus! I knew there were many car dealerships on Morse Road as I had stopped there to visit my niece on my way to Akron. I made it to Morse Road, and began my search for the 5 Stars!!! I found Bob Caldwell Chrysler and went to the service department. I informed the service tech of my dilima, about that time I was approached by Ms. Pat. I'm sure the look of panic on my face got her attention and she asked me if I was ok. I again explained my problem and right away she said "Follow me"!! She took me inside to the sales department. She asked the receptionist to print the directions to my house then asked "Who is the most knowledgeable sales person on the navigation system"?? He went with me to my car; fortunately turning the car off reset the system. Pat gave me the printed directions just incase it happened again and I was on my way!! I said to Pat, I knew that if I could just find a Chrysler Dealer, I would be ok!! I want you to know I was NOT disappointed!! Thank You to Pat and the team at Bob Caldwell Chrysler! More

My misery began around 7 days later when I was driving on 270 and the t DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! I bought a new 2011 Dodge Ram on September 27,2011. My misery began around 7 days later when I was driving on 270 and the truck completely shut off. I was able to pull it over to the side of the road and re-start it and drive it home. It would not start in my drive way so I had it towed back to Bob Caldwell, this was October 6,2011. Chrysler provided me with a rental while they fixed it. The service dept. called on October 18th and said the truck was fixed. Picked the truck up and within a few hours it stalled again and was towed back to Bob Caldwell. On October 24,2011 they called again and said the truck was fixed once again. I pick it up and was on Rt 23 when it stalled and lost power steering and breaks and I had to run it into a ditch to avoid rear ending someone due to the loss of power. Had it towed back to Bob Caldwell Dodge where it still is today November 21,2011. Thru this process I have been put through the Chrysler process of passing the buck to someone else. I told them I do not want the truck because I am afraid I will get hurt or hurt someone else driving it. The dealership has rarely called me and are very rude! I have had to get a lemon law attorney to help deal with this but is not doing much good-long process it seems. Chrysler called on November 18,2011 and said I have to return the rental. I called Bob Caldwell on November 19 to see if my truck was drivable. The service manger Scott said it was fixed and I can pick it up. I called him back and said I wanted in writing what they did to it and that I was taking my family to Pittsburgh in it over thanksgiving. Then he called and said that nothing was done to it and that he was folling the instructions of Chrysler to do nothing to it. So as of November 21,2011 I am making payments on a New truck that I drove for 7 days, loosing my rental car to drive and now have to pick up a rental expense until I can find someone to help me. I say do not buy a car here because I feel that I am being treated substatially unfairly and Chrysler and Bob Caldwell just do not CARE about how they treat their consumers! More
