My first experience with Ted was apx 30 ndays ago when my wife and I pruchased a new Jeep Liberty which we love, I was encouraged to find several of my office colleauges have been buying from Bob Caldwell fo wife and I pruchased a new Jeep Liberty which we love, I was encouraged to find several of my office colleauges have been buying from Bob Caldwell for years; last evening I returned with my daughter - we traded two of her older and worn vehicles and purchased a new mini van which meets her young growing family needs - both buying experiences were very professional and pleasant - Ted is low key, low pressure and very fair in trade in provided and cost - the entire transaction both times was as good as it gets when butying a new car!! More

I stopped in the other day, really needing an over due oil change. I had called several other places first, only to find I would have to make an appt, which I did not have time to do. Not only did I not have to make an appt., the service people were all very helpful, friendly, and professional. I was looking to buy a used car that got better gas mileage than my suv did to drive back and forth to work. I stopped by this dealership and Duane greeted me when i got there. All of the cars were very clean and i was impressed with his professionalism. Once i had my choices down to 2 or 3 cars we went for test drives and i choose the car i liked. The paperwork and everything was a very smooth process and i was out the door in no time. I have had no problems with the car at all and it is saving me alot of gas money. My check engine light came on in my car and a friend said this dealership does good work. I made a appointment and took the car in for service, they told me what the check engine light was and how much it w this dealership does good work. I was talking to Duane and mentioned i was looking to get new tires. He said they could take care of that at the dealership while they were fixing the car. He made a couple phone calls and when he gave me the price for the new tires it was over a hundred dollars cheaper than any place i had got a quote from. I was very satisfied with the service performed on my car and it was great to drive out of there with new tires and over a hundred dollars in my pocket i would have spent to get tires someplace else. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone and when i get ready to buy a new car this is the first place i will stop. 5 Stars all the way around for this dealership. More

Service department is great. They are the only ones that I have to do the major repairs. Oil changes are quick and easy. Always friendly people and great service. I purchased a new vehicle from Bob Caldwell this day. Not only am I satisfied with my new vehicle I feel comfortable with knowing i was provided the best possible options available to me. On 11/29/12 I bought a certified preowened suv was able to drive it for in total two weeks ithas been in their service center every week since i've owened from four wheel drive ,water leaks shutsoff while to drive it for in total two weeks ithas been in their service center every week since i've owened from four wheel drive ,water leaks shutsoff while driving loss of lug nuts etc. My finale straw came when after i picked up my suv on friday and by sunday it stalls out and the.check engine light comes back on for the forth time when they ran the dye on it over a page and a half of codes came up instead of fixing them they cleared them and guess what they came back. Before the first payment i asked for a.refund and they said no still under warranty. 1/23/13 guess what suv still at dealer . Told me they dont want to start throwing parts on it because it could throw off other parts. Ive had to hire an a attorney to sue them for my money back. If you work for your money and have good credit don't go their please. Larry E More
