I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding an incident I witnessed during my recent visit to your dealership on 6/21/2025, which has unfortunately deterred me from pro disappointment regarding an incident I witnessed during my recent visit to your dealership on 6/21/2025, which has unfortunately deterred me from proceeding with the car purchase I had intended to make that day. While I was at your location, I witnessed a male employee aggressively shouting at a female colleague in a highly unprofessional and unacceptable manner. His tone was loud, hostile, and completely inappropriate for any workplace, especially one where customers are present. It was uncomfortable, upsetting, and deeply concerning to witness. No employee should ever be subjected to such treatment, and no customer should have to witness such behavior in a professional environment. This incident made me feel extremely uneasy, and I chose to leave without completing the car purchase I had initially planned. I urge you to take this matter seriously. Staff behavior reflects directly on your brand, and this kind of aggression has no place in any business setting. I sincerely hope that appropriate steps are taken to ensure a respectful and professional environment for both employees and customers moving forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter. The first salesman, Erik, was friendly. The sales manager was condescending and almost rude. I don't how a dealership can make $300 profit on a nearly $40,000 vehicle and stay in business. I was extremely disappointed in the delivery of the Wrangler. It was dirty on the inside and outside. No one went through the vehicle and its features. Also, having only one key fob is very inconvenient. I would think for what we paid for a used Jeep, I should get a second key fob. I like the Jeep but was not pleased with the overall experience. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Lots of inventory, no pressure, two test drives. Derrick was great! Jarod had to fill in for Derek for a bit, and he was great as well. We called the dealership - it was closing time - and Derek explained the the battery was probably dead. He found the other key and delivered it to our house! More

I absolutely love the car and they are very honest and will have your car out in the front parking lot waiting for you no pressure on sales, they are very friendly and as a 21 year old that can’t make a decision to save his life they were patient and understanding and even said if I feel this isn’t the best financial decision that it’s okay to back out these guys are the real ones that are actually honest. Obviously still dealers trying to do their job but they keep it honest instead of fake, their warranty at least for this car covered everything and told me every detail about it I love these guys and will possibly purchase from them one day (without backing out) More
Man these guys were great. I was a double 0 in credit didn’t have full coverage and James got me into a sweet 2022 challenger with only putting 5k down. He saved me from having to pay 800 insurance to 200. Super respectful super professional. It’s hard finding good folks nowadays especially people in sales but these guys are great. I 10000% would recommend coming to these guys. Shoot I don’t even recommend I’m telling anyone who reads this if you’re looking for a new or used car come here More
