I worked at Bob Brady Dodge for 10 months as a receptionist and I loved my job! I have documented disabilities and one of them is called "fibromyalgia" and it causes "fibro fog." This means that one day, my memory works fine and then the next day I can have small temporary lapses in my memory. My memory comes back but it's quick and unexpected. I used to call the sales manager, Jennifer Cunningham or the BDC manager, Tiffany Harrelson. They always treated me like I was stupid and every encounter with them was hateful!! I was being told "ask questions," and "don't be afraid to ask for help." But I was treated like I was idiotic and beneath them, so I stopped asking questions. I tried to figure things out on my own because it's hard enough having "invisible disabilities" but to have these two women constantly trying to break me down. I found out, after I was fired, from a former co-worker that Lacey Hunt and Tiffany Harrelson were plotting to get me fired and Lacey would come up to the desk and spy on me for Tiffany. The tiniest mistake was blown up into an "end of the world" scenario, to the point where I was terrified when I made a mistake because I knew I was going to get a nasty phone call from either Tiffany or Jennifer. Lacey and Tiffany talked about me (like little Junior High girls) in the back room (this is straight from a co-worker's mouth that I trust with my life). Also, Lacey called me a "stupid b*xxx" when she walked away from me one day and this was all because I confronted Tiffany about how she talked to me. I asked her "not to talk to me like I am beneath you again, you can actually talk to me like a human being!!" That's why her and Lacey (possibly even Jennifer) hated me, because I stood up for myself for not wanting to be talked to in a hateful and rude way. I was given no written warnings or any kind of documented warnings, if I made a mistake, it was a hateful phone call from Jennifer or Tiffany. I was asked one time not to do my college homework while I was on the clock, okay not a problem. I was irritated a little by that because my education is extremely important to me, but I did what I was asked. But I never signed any kind of warning, ever!! I went into work on 5/13/25 like any other day and was told that my manager Trish Price wanted to speak to me. I went to talk to her and for some reason, Tiffany felt the need to be there (even though she was never my boss or supervisor) and Trish said, "as of right now, we are terminating your employment." I asked, "may I ask why?" She responded with "failure to follow procedure on Friday 05/9/25 & Saturday 05/10/25." That's all that she said, no explanation and no examples or even telling me what exactly I did wrong. I signed a paper, and I left, but the funny thing is that my manager Trish Price can't do the reception job, and she is the manager!! She covered me for less than 5 minutes while I went to the bathroom and when I came back, she said "I'm glad your back because I have no idea what I'm doing!" Tiffany Harrelson couldn't do a reception job is her life depended on it, she doesn't answer her calls now, it's always "just take a message." She doesn't care enough to be bothered by customers, it's beneath her. She's a frigid b*xxx and it's no wonder that her man cheated on her, I would have too!!! But I am a single Mom on disability (with 2 boys) who depended on that income to supplement my disability pay, you cannot survive right now on just disability. I was always told by customers, in person and over the phone, that they appreciated my knowledge and my kindness. My co-workers got along with me and were friendly and joked around with me. I loved my job!! The fact that there are such immature and unhappy women in this world that live on trying to destroy a less fortunate and disabled person's life is so pathetic and sad. I suggest everyone avoids them at all costs, you mean nothing to them and trying to destroy you is a fun game for them. More

Got there waited 2.5 hours for that lying Heather to tell me I had to put 1000 down and they were going to finance me thru global lending at 26 percent interest rate..THEY ARE LIARS AND DESPICABLE More

Went to the Dodge dealership just to look. Wasn’t really looking for a new vehicle as I loved my 2019 Jeep Cherokee that I bought from Bob Brady about 6 years ago. Met with Diana Hughes and sh Wasn’t really looking for a new vehicle as I loved my 2019 Jeep Cherokee that I bought from Bob Brady about 6 years ago. Met with Diana Hughes and she was amazing! We had gone to a couple other dealerships and actually walked away from some good deals because the salesperson was either too pushy or rude. Diana never once pressured us into buying a new vehicle. She just explained what deal she could give us and what she could do for us. We test drove a 2024 Dodge Hornet and I fell in love with it. Because of her laidback and friendly personality we decided to buy it. Won’t be going to a different dealership in the future and will always ask for Diana in the future. Other dealerships must think people love pushy salespeople but never once has any of the staff we’ve dealt with at Bob Brady have ever been pushy or rude with us. Thank you Diana for helping us! You definitely have long term customers out of us! More

Drove over an hour to come look at the car next morning. We get there the next morning and the guy we were scheduled to meet with didn’t even seem to know or remember the car I was interested in. He comes back 15-20 min later and says that they don’t even have it, even though I got a confirmation email that morning. They then give me a trade in offer on my car which was a terrible lowball offer, not even close to what I was looking for (they had same car and older on their website for thousands more). A major waste of time. I would avoid this dealership at all costs. Many of the workers were rude and didn’t seem interested in the customers needs. Instead tried show me multiple other cars I had absolutely no interest in. Not to mention all of their pre owned cars on their site are way overpriced. More
