They are liars. Told them six times over the phone I wasn't going to put money down. And the woman Heather said that was fine. Also told them I would not finance with global lenders and she said they would work around that. Got there waited 2.5 hours for that lying Heather to tell me I had to put 1000 down and they were going to finance me thru global lending at 26 percent interest rate..THEY ARE LIARS AND DESPICABLE

Went to the Dodge dealership just to look. Wasn’t really looking for a new vehicle as I loved my 2019 Jeep Cherokee that I bought from Bob Brady about 6 years ago. Met with Diana Hughes and she was amazing! We had gone to a couple other dealerships and actually walked away from some good deals because the salesperson was either too pushy or rude. Diana never once pressured us into buying a new vehicle. She just explained what deal she could give us and what she could do for us. We test drove a 2024 Dodge Hornet and I fell in love with it. Because of her laidback and friendly personality we decided to buy it. Won’t be going to a different dealership in the future and will always ask for Diana in the future. Other dealerships must think people love pushy salespeople but never once has any of the staff we’ve dealt with at Bob Brady have ever been pushy or rude with us. Thank you Diana for helping us! You definitely have long term customers out of us!

Absolutely outstanding dealership, ask for Heather she is master of her craft as a sales associate if you like to be lied to straight to your face and if you question it she cry's wolf like your harassing her , said she mailed 2nd set of keys to the vehicle we purchased on the 31st it's now the 11th and still no keys when questioned the only response she would give is,,I don't know what to tell you and never call me back,

Very impersonal. Very much not wanting to work with us. The lady, Heather, was rude, snooty, no people skills whatsoever, and just downright not nice. After we were told they had a program to help out bad credit, things changed and they would not help us. Just would not recommend at all. Terrible all around.

Very poor dealing with will never deal there again and will tell all friends and relatives to stay clear.

Salesperson Bob Peoples lies. Says he called and left messages. NEVER Also left messages for Bob Brady and he NEVER CALLED BACK. DON'T TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY. Poor customer service after buying four vechicals from them over many years. (Don't know why we went back).
