OVER CHARGE I purchased an '09 Fit and have been extremly proud and pleased with it. I have taken it in for all maint. This dealership (Bob Boyete Honda) wanted to charge me $ 19.95 to PLUG the tire .... Not pulling it from the car nor breaking it down. I FEEL THIS IS TO THE EXTREME !!!! I love the car and the people but I can't do more business with them. More

I've never been treated to more kind, expertly proficient, and available staff as I have with this Bob Boyte Honda dealership. These are the special people who really helped me in my recent purchase of a new Honda: Brock Chapman and Chris Harris, Sales Consultants Jordan Holland, Internet Facilitator Phillip Lewis, Business Manager Wade Folmer, Business Manager In addition, I went to the Service Department and introduced myself to the two following men so that I would know them when my car needs service. They were such wonderful people and gave me their direct phone number: Sid Stewart, and Bubba Holley, Service Department (I bought my new car in July and then--last week--somehow one of my tires was leaking. I took a look and my hubcap was missing, my rim was bent, and my tire was low. Service thinks I hit a pothole while making a turn--Jackson streets are full of potholes. The service was done on my car quickly and well. Thank you, service!) I need to especially thank Dan Powell, Internet Sales Mgr. (who Used to be the General Sales Mgr. before he decided to head up the Internet Division.) Dan has advised me on so many questions (including the tire/hubcap/rim issue I mentioned above) and special issues I've had. He is even working on an upgrade deal to purchase a newer car, even though I just purchased one a few months ago. He's a real jewel and a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Bob Boyte! If you, as a customer, are looking for a dealership who will go the extra mile (or five or twenty five miles!), go to Bob Boyte Honda, NO MATTER WHAT MAKE/MODEL OF CAR YOU WANT. They can get any kind of car for you, in any color, from anywhere in the U.S.--and in just a few days. They will make sure it has all the features you want, and they will work with you to make your payments fit your budget. I can't speak highly enough of Bob Boyte Honda! Outstanding---Class Act Wow, what can I say. After searching for a modern steel 2014 Odyssey EX-L in Louisiana (all of South la.) , east Texas (Beaumont and Houston) and Jack Wow, what can I say. After searching for a modern steel 2014 Odyssey EX-L in Louisiana (all of South la.) , east Texas (Beaumont and Houston) and Jackson Miss. I landed @ Bob Boyte's. First off many of the dealers did not have what I was looking for or the price was way to much...then there was the LIES and Bait and SWITCH at "Honda of Covington" (see their review from zeke 222). After the big fiasco in my home state I got on the internet and found a van @ Bob's. I called and talked to Milton Pickett...I told him my story and he asked what was the price I had found...I gave him the number and he called back and said they would match it but would have to charge me an additional $189.50 doc fee. We agreed upon price. I told Milton I was paying cash and would have a check for the amount quoted over the phone. I talked to Milton again on phone and he took my info down to start process. The next business day I called again and told him I was on my way...132 MILES ONE WAY. When we got there the van had been cleaned, matts, mud flaps, tray (pro pac) installed and was FULL of GAS. Paper work was ready to be signed...20 minutes tops. It took Milton longer to go thru the van and show us how everything worked and set up radio stations and Blue tooth for our cell phone etc. than the paper work did. The price EXACTALLY as quoted. In fact 2 days after the sell we got a check (Fed EX) for app. $80 from them (they charged us a tax that out of staters did not have to pay). THEY COULD HAVE KEPT THE MONEY AND WE WOULD NOT HAVE KNOWN. GOOD HONEST FRIENDLY PEOPLE. Was the 260 miles (round trip) worth it?? YES, YES, YES. In fact we told my brother in law about our experience and he told someone else who is in the market for a Honda. GOODNESS How refreshing an honest car dealership. NEXT PURCHASE WILL BE A NO BRAINER. I did my homework before the purchase and had a figure to work around on a new Pilot-Touring; the good thing is Dan bettered that price without knowing my price - Now That Is A Deal.
