I recently moved to area and needed to have my Silverado worked on and was recommended to try Bob Bell . Previously working with Sam Walters I owned a 2010 Chevy equinox. There was problem after problem with the car and it never seemed to get resolved. After talking to him for 5 mins he put my mind at ease and made me feel like my problem was going to be corrected. 2 days later I was in a 2013 Chevy equinox. After 17 years with my 1996 Chevy 1500 WT Pickup, 5 speed manual (the last of the "stock" manual transmissions), it was time for a new truck. Our salesman, Mark Conrad - a 13 year Bob Bell employee - speed manual (the last of the "stock" manual transmissions), it was time for a new truck. Our salesman, Mark Conrad - a 13 year Bob Bell employee - showed us the 2014 Silverado 1500 Crew Cab 4x4 and we went for a test drive. WOW! You really don't know the "feel" of a new truck until you had an old one for 17 years! The quiet interior, beefed up suspension and towing package, and the options, make this truck something to look at. My wife advised me to look at the 2013's for a fair comparison. Mark said he had a 2013 in stock with the same color style as the one I test drove and it had the Vortec engine that I liked in my old truck (1996 was the year GM introduced the Vortec). After a little dickering with my trade in price for the 1996 truck and the "walk to the manager's office", we agreed on the 2013's rebate offer and the fair trade-in value. The money we saved allowed me to get options installed on the new 2013 Silverado 1500 Crew Cab and still walked away with savings in my pocket. I enjoyed talking with Mark Conrad. He answered all of my questions, educated me on the new 2013's features and gave us a good comparison between the 2014 and 2013 models. He lent me a new Chevy Cruz for a day while the service department installed my option package. The truck was ready for pick up at the exact time Mark said it would. I can't give a rating on the Service Department but my wife never had any problems with her 2007 Malibu serviced at Bob Bell. This makes our fourth vehicle bought at Bob Bell in our lifetime and we are very satisfied with our choices. Mark Conrad is a professional salesman and family man, who never pressured us into buying a vehicle. He made this "Baby Boomer" very happy with the 2013 Silverado. Thanks! More

Come to find out, after being promised that four new tires were put on this vehicle...the tire went bad within the first year!! After trying to get help from the management they claimed that I was not told that (calling me a liar essentially) and would not uphold their bell care that was in MY contract!!! Which raised the price! All of the management their is not customer service oriented and frankly offensive and incompetent... I sold the vehicle because I found out three days ago that it had a dirty carfax, which was not shown to me and that it had many other issues with it even though I took it regularly for service. DO NOT BUY A CAR/SUV AT BOB BELL!!!!!! More
Bought a 2010 Dodge Caliber, car was nice, low miles and sold itself. My problem is that the car pulled to the right a little during the test drive. I thought air pressure was low in the right front tire an sold itself. My problem is that the car pulled to the right a little during the test drive. I thought air pressure was low in the right front tire and I would check it the next day. Tire pressure was good on tires so I called the dealership about the front end alignment that should've NEVER passed a Md State inspection. I had to pay $63 myself for the alignment after getting run around by EVERYONE at Bob Bell Chevrolet. Problem 2; The car had only ONE key with no remote. Mark Conrad (my salesman) said "no problem I will call the previous owner myself and get the remotes, It was just traded in here". He and the used car manager both said if they could not retrieve the remotes they would get me the remotes, no problem. So at their word I said okay great and took the car home that evening. Well I have made TWO payments on the car and I am still using the CRAPPY SPARE KEY TO GET INTO MY CAR! I learned a valuable lesson from this experience, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING ON THE CONTRACT BEFORE YOU TAKE DELIVERY OF THE VEHICLE. I found this car on Auto Trader online and did get the deal that I wanted. BUT IT'S THE LITTLE THINGS AFTER THE SALE THAT MAKE YOU GO BACK AGAIN OR GIVE A REFERRAL TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS. I think that I will remove the Bob Bell logo and tag holder from my car today, after all that is free advertising for the dealership. Thank you. More
