Terrible experience. I had to replace my 2005 Silverado after a hit an run. Went to look at a 2011 Silverado and was shown the vehicle by Adrian Jones. One of the first questions I asked Adrian was if the vehicle had an active fuel management (AFM) system. I was avoiding this feature because its known to cause expensive repairs, and additionally I didn't want a truck that would switch between 8 cylinders and 4 cylinders. I wanted to avoid for many reasons and I was assured it didn't have this. After a test drive I ended up buying the vehicle and later that night I learned the truck does in fact have AFM. The next day I went back and made Adrian aware of this issue, and he told me that he would personally get me a AFM disabler to remedy the situation since it was his mistake. If he had not made this offer I would have tried to return the truck at that point, but since it seemed like a simple solution I accepted his offer to pay for this device. He asked for my cash app information and told me he would send over the cost of the unit. The payment never arrived. I proceeded to send one text a day asking him what the plan was, and on the 4th day was told "No need to keep blowing my phone up. I am a man of my word". He said he just needed a little time to send the money and apologized for not making that clear. Its been almost two weeks since he sent me that text and now he wont return any of my calls or texts. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Adrian Jones or this dealership. Its extremely disappointing that a Chevy dealership would have such a dishonest sales member who doesn't even know Chevy trucks. Now I'm stuck with a vehicle I wouldn't have purchased otherwise, and feel totally taken advantage of. It has really added insult to injury after losing a truck that I LOVED to a hit an run. I've also started to have issues with the truck after only a month. The brakes started making a bad screeching sound about a week ago, the tires get terrible traction in the rain and spin out, It appears there might be an issue with the oil leaking, and there is significant rust damage to this vehicle that I did not notice at first. I actually hate this truck and regret ever walking into Bob bell Chevy. Its worth mentioning the AFM disabler is a 200 dollar part with no install costs because it simply plugs in. My attitude towards Adrian and the dealership would be much different if this problem could have been resolved, but now I have purchased the unit myself and it looks like ill be dumping significantly more money into this truck before i can get rid of it. Not acceptable for a vehicle that ended up costing almost 30 grand. More

That was july 29/21 and gues what today july 31/21 the car still available. Thanks good i didn't buy from there. God knows what kind issue car has thats why they dont want certified the vehicle because of course there's something wrong with the car. Dont go there wasting money and time. My wife and I are now on our fourth Bob Bell Chevrolet and we are truly pleased with the sales and the service department. We had a minor problem when after a routine service, oil change and tire rotation and we are truly pleased with the sales and the service department. We had a minor problem when after a routine service, oil change and tire rotation an inexperienced mechanic forgot two lug nets and failed to tighten the other three HOWEVER Bob Bell immediately ordered a new rim because the weren't certain that the lugs weren't rounded. They provided me with a rental vehicle on their dime until the new rim arrived and immediately replaced it and issue other accommodations. Bob Bell for a lifetime. More
