Mike was great! From test drive until the final bit of paperwork was signed, we were in and out in under 2 hours! Mike Beck was wonderful and went out of his way to be accommodating. Rob Fletcher is an affable and honest guy who secured my wife and I a lower finance rate - we already had financing - by over 2 points (7.08 down to 4.9). I felt comfortable with Rob, and didn't get the impression that he was trying to hustle us. In fact, he was pretty straightforward and more than willing to go over the terms, vehicle features, and sales numbers so that we understood exactly how Bob Bell arrived at the final sales price. No one likes to get the short end of the stick on a deal - I feel it was a fair deal for both parties, and I think that's all you could really ask for. The Equinox is a really nice vehicle with great fuel economy and features that demonstrate the drastically improved quality of American automobiles - in particular GM/Chevy. When the deal was done and we were waiting to leave and quite happy with our purchase, Kyle came and said after we left the room he still worked to get us a lower interest rate. We signed new papers and got an even lower payment!! Who does that? Defintiley not other dealers...Today I called Allen because after two days of having the car, someone scratched it and he is helping me take care of it. THE SERVICE HERE DOES NOT STOP after the sale.
