We bought a car from blue motors last year in Summer. We looked online, the prices, looked good, walked in (Missed to read reviews: Lesson learned). It was me and my wife. We drove 3 cars. Zeroed on to 1 (Since my wife liked the car and she was so naïve to tell the pushy salesman that she loved it). I could see that color of the car was slightly off between 2 doors on one side. I asked them, does the car have accidental history. They replied NO. They denied it atleast 3 times. They intentionally hid the accident history pages from the CARFAX report. We took their words, since it looked a decent dealership, since I didn't read the reviews. As soon as we got the car for $16,250 (Online cost showed 13,900: Then after we paid 1K booking fees, they applied all the hidden fees like re-stocking & documentation, taxes etc), the car had transmission issues. We took the car back to them, they say, buy an extended warranty. I was growing fishy day by day. I took out CARFAX on my own. Guess what: 2 accidents + a structural damage!!!! My wife was shocked, she cried and cried. She was offered $8500 for same car. These cheap people sell accidental cars, lie about it, they don't even care about their customers. Me and my wife had sleepless nights only because of these liars. Because of them we lost all faith on decent dealerships too. NEVER TRUST ANYONE. PLEASE TAKE OUR CARFAX report on your own. Its full of lies. I wish I read these reviews and never went there. AVOID THESE LIARS!!! You need to be too lucky to get a decent car from them and not get tricked. More

As soon as I tried to go above 75 mph, I noticed the car shaking. About 20 minutes later, the thermostat light came on. I pulled over to the side of the road and immediately contacted Blue Motors. Neither the salesperson who assisted me or the manager were available, so I left a message requesting a return call ASAP. When I didn't hear from someone in 15 minutes, I called back and spoke with the salesperson. He told me he couldn't help me as the car was sold "as is" and told me to contact Elite Warranty as the car came with a 3 month/3k mile warranty. I told him I didn't even make it home on the first drive and demanded I be able to take it back, which he said I couldn't do. I requested the manager to call me ASAP, but never got a call - EVER!. When I test drove the car, I did get on the freeway, but did not exceed the speed limit of 70 mph. I also asked the salesperson if the vehicle had ever been in a car accident and he told me "no". It's been 1 month since I purchased the Jeep and have taken it to the mechanic 3 times. They informed me that the Jeep has in fact been in an accident. Now I'm being told the transmission is going out. Their website also says they do a 150 point inspection, so I'm wondering how their certified mechanic didn't notice this and fix it prior to selling it??? Any reputable dealership would have been willing to take the Jeep back and at least look at it and fix any problems considering I didn't even make it home the first day. The manager for any reputable dealership would have called and tried to make things right. But not Blue Auto Motors. Once they got their money, they couldn't provide any "customer service" beyond that. DO NOT BUY FROM BLUE AUTO MOTORS. THEY ARE A SCAM AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY KNOWINGLY LYING TO YOUR FACE. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND SUFFERING BY TAKING YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Just filed a complaint with the BBB too. More
Deceitful, - They make promises they don't keep. Overall I had a good experience purchasing a car from this dealership. I traded in my vehicle to purchase a newer car, the finance gentleman assured me that they would pay off my old car entirely and that there would be no balance for me to pay. Following a couple of weeks, I received a call from Blue Motors and they informed me that I need to pay the difference for my old car in order for them to get the title. I pushed back because I was told the car would be paid off entirely. I am very upset and I feel cheated and lied to from this company. The finance department needs to be held accountable for the verbal assurances they make. I will not purchase another car from this dealership. My review is not an attempt to hurt the business nor discourage anyone from purchasing a vehicle here, my experience speaks only for me. I urge future customers to be diligent and to hold this company accountable for their verbal promises. My overall feeling is a disappointment. More
Do not buy from this dealership!!! Wish I would have read the review before I bought from them. Their terrible customer service was blamed on Covid 19. I was told they could not put gas in the car or wash it because of Covid 19 but that would reimburse me with a gas card if I put gas in the car, which they did not. I questioned what would happened if I got the car home and had problems with it, in which they assured me that they had done a 150 point inspection on the car and that they had a 45 warranty, so their was nothing to worry about. On the drive home we noticed a shimmy in the car at freeway speeds and a grind in the wheel when we turned turned corners. I called they said to bring it back and they would take care of it, but when I brought it back I was told I should have noticed these two problems before I bought it and that because I didn't they would not be able to fix it. So much for their 45 day. And to top it all off, 2 weeks after purchasing the car the engine went out and a new engine had to be put in. More

BUYER BEWARE!!! This company is extremely deceitful and dishonest. I purchased a 2007 Subaru from them and asked for maintenance records. I called to speak with the man who sold me the vehicle, Luke, and was sent to customer service. They already knew what was going to happen next. They told me I could come back and purchase a different vehicle!!! Are you kidding me!! Like I would want another car from you. Just had it looked at by a Subaru mechanic only to find out there is a laundry list of problems with this vehicle. Oil leaks galore. CV axle leak. Oil pan leak. Timing belt leak. Needs new spark plugs. Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. They are sketchy, dishonest people. They are not helpful. They only have excuses for everything. Beyond disappointed with this company. I never write reviews because I am generally satisfied with my purchases and experiences. But wanted to let people know what they are getting themselves into when going to Blue Motors. They should be ashamed of themselves for selling me this vehicle. The only good thing about this experience was the only person who seems to be doing his job, and that’s the guy up front who brings you the car to drive. Very friendly man. More

Nightmare of a car buying experience! From the very beginning this was a bad experience. Finally got to test drive the vehicle I was interested in and put 1K down to reserve the car. The car was listed at $11,995, but when all was said and done it jumped to $14,200 out the door. One expects to pay sales tax, licensing and registration fees, but several excessive, unwarranted fees were added to the sales price. I decided not to buy the car after the "bait and switch" maneuver by the dealer and requested my reserve deposit be refunded. After 2 weeks no refund yet and I have contacted the better business bureau to file a complaint, disputed the charge on my credit card, and ready to take legal action. This is a bogus outfit and suggest you beware and look for a car at reputable dealer. More
