Games and gimicks Seen a car that i was interested in and i contacted The Car house. Spoke with Francelyn and car was $5,995. I asked Francelyn how much is everything out the door because i am driving 60 miles and dont want to waste time. She told me if cash, with all fees included she can give it to me for $5700 with some discount on fees. I told her to text me the address and i will go and pick it up. I texted her back confirming pricing because i know dealers like to play games and she says $5995 out the door. I shook my head and said to myself whatever. Still with intentions on buying. So i told her to call me so we could make sure we on the right track. Nothing. I called because she didnt call me back. I spoke with someone guy there that starts telling me all kind of different numbers i never even discussed with Francelyn. Now it from $5995 to $6590 out the door with taxes and fees. He is going to tell me i heard her wrong. You tell me, do 5700 and 5995 sound the same? Does 5995 and 6590 sound the same?... These are the types of dealerships i stay away from. They give you all kind of random numbers as if they dont know how to do simple mathematics. More
